"The hotel borders a conservation area along a very quiet almost secret stretch of Nai Yang beach. The hotel is very welcoming, private, remote and nestles within the grounds of a lovely tropical and well established gardens bursting with trailing orchids, jasmine and bougainvillea. We stayed in the Grande Villa suite with pool & garden, it felt private and secluded, the room facilities included a fridge, kettle, smart TV, two individual air conditioning rooms, large bath tub and separate shower area. The bed was enormous and extremely comfortable with daily room service. We enjoyed the Villa pool however recommend wearing beach shoes as the tiled surface has a mixture of rough and smooth tiles. The suite overall was perfect for us, however there are a few noticeable areas of the suite that did look tired and in my opinion could benefit from a refresh. All the hotel staff were extremely polite, respectful, engaging and super friendly helping to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The hotel breakfast had plenty to offer - beverages, eggs omelette to order, bacon, beans, sauté potatoes, pastries, cereals, yoghurts, panacotta, fresh fruits, rice fish chicken dishes, soups, pizza and spaghetti bollangaise & salad bar, hotel menu food was excellent. Nai Yang is a stone throw away along the wooded conversation trail once you have step off the hotels river raft (8am-9pm). The Nai Yang temple is worth a visit once you walk through the main beach resort."
