"Beautiful hotel, wonderful room with incredible view. They let us check in early as the room was available and held onto our bags the next day so we could explore Sintra more. They gave recommendations as to how to best walk to the Moorish castle. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. Thank you!!"

"This place was a gem to find in Sintra! The location was wonderful, the rooms were spotless, the staff was helpful and courteous. It was a short walk to their sister hotel which hosted a wine tasting happy hour each night we were there and we were welcome to use the pool there as well. I would not hesitate to stay here again - everything was perfect! (Thank you!) "

"The is a beautiful hotel. Historic, but with all the modern amenities a guest would need. The guest rooms are well appointed, and our room had a fantastic view of the forest. The staff is friendly and helpful.
We had dinner here and it was delicious!
Parking is available, which is a real plus in Sintra. "

"Everything about our experience was exceptional from the moment we arrived. We were warmly welcomed by Douglas, who went out of his way to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The room and the property were exactly as pictured: clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the minibar and especially loved the view from our window, which overlooked a peaceful "Quinta" where sheep grazed each morning—an idyllic and memorable moment....
