Privacy, space, and wonderful breakfast!

We stayed in the basement suite and it was ENORMOUS! More space than we needed for 1 night, but it would be great for a longer stay or more people. The breakfast was wonderful and gave us the energy we needed to hike up to Palacio de Pena.

Very nice guest house!

Very comfy room, with big bathroom with a view. Just 5 mins away from the center of the oldtown, in a quiet area. Nice breakfast, and nice staff.

Lovely stay here in Sintra. We were allowed to store our luggage before and after check out. Awesome breakfast. Really close to the center of old town and a 10 min walk from the train station. 11/10, I would stay here again.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Sintra 1012 boutique. I'm so glad we stayed there and would highly recommend it. The rooms were all a little different but the ones I saw were very cozy and spacious. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient to enjoying everything Sintra has to offer. I would stay here again.
