My friend and I stayed in two different suites in the same building, and it worked out great. The location could not be better- right in town but on a quiet side street. The rooms were very large and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were a convenient start to the day!

The location is perfect for getting to any of the attractions and to restaurants. The owner is very attentive, kind and helpful. Our room was cozy and inviting, the bed comfortable, great shower. I would stay here again!

This was a small private room with bathroom in a guest house in a great location a minutes walk from the tourist information office . Great location for walking around . This operation has two separate properties very close by on the same street . We made the mistake of going to the second property which was well signed with the guest house name but the registration office was at the first house that was not as obvious . To make things easier for first time guests I would suggest signage at the first house that indicates “ 1012 Guest House Reception”

Very centrally located and pleasant. The room was very humid and stuffy, but the air conditioning and humidifiers on full blast helped. We were in a room outside of the main guest house, so we were not able to access any of the amenities such as the honesty bar and snacks in the main house kitchen. I did message the host, but never received a response or acknowledgement of my message. We were able to drop off bags early before check in and leave them for a short bit after check out which was very helpful. Overall, a recommended place for a night or two in Sintra.

Room #4 was a pleasant surprise. A full apartment with kitchen,dining area, living room, spacious bedroom, and bath was clean and quaintly decorated. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Only a taxi can take you there. An Uber will get you close and you will have to walk downhill.
