I found this lovely place to stay because I was coming from Lisbon and didn’t want to rush all the sites into one day. Very reasonably priced and the staff and breakfast were wonderful. It very convenient to all the sites and the main centre is only a 5 minute walk. I would recommend staying here.

Staff was very attentive and helpful. We did not have breakfast at the place, but they did offer breakfast for 10 euros. The bathroom shower doors could use some renovating. Also, the path to get to the reception area, around the back of the restaurant, looks like an abandoned alley way. There was debris collected to the side of the building, it didn't give the building a good aspect. This is why I gave it a rating of 4 and not 5. I do want to mention the terrific italian restaurant, Fatto. We went there for dinner and went back for lunch the next day. Everything we ate was delicious. There were four of us, we each ordered something different, and we taste tested everything. The pasta, the raviolis, the calzonne, the lasagne,the bread, the pizza, everything was delicious!!!!! Highly recommemd this restaurant.

Located in the heart of Sintra this hotel provided a quiet and great location for attending a family wedding. The room was clean and the location was just a few steps from the center.

Very nice hotel 5 min walk from the royal Palace and bus stops. Good rooms with comfortable bedding, clean bathroom, A/C and heating. Breakfast selection is very nice with quality items. Staff is super friendly, especially Dulce at the front desk. Stayed 9 nights and was pleased every day.

A fantastic place to stay

Spacious clean and comfortable room with fresh sheets and towels, great air conditioning and everything you need. The receptionist Dulce was so friendly and helpful, and even treated my daughters when we left. Thoroughly recommend, excellent value as well

Friendly and comfortable

A very friendly welcome and any assistance you need. I highly recommend staying here and overnighting in Sintra. Close walking distance to the main restaurant area but far enough away to be quiet.

Very nice Hotel

The Casa do Vinho Sintra Guest House is perfectly placed in the historic center of Sintra. The room was a good size and the staff were accommodating and friendly. We would give 5 stars except for the dog that barked incessantly most of the evening from the house next door.

We SO loved our stay. Our room had a view of the Castello dos Mouros AND the palacio national. Unbelievable!! The host is exceptionally friendly and helped us figure out our train to Obidos. The room was spacious and very clean. I hope to come back one day!!

We loved our room and the location couldn’t have been better! The room was spacious and the only very small thing I would ask is there would be a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. It was big enough to fit one. It was just at the end of the busy section so quiet at night. We could walk to everything from there. Loved it!

Vintage nice little hotel at the slope.

The hotel was located on the slope which you need to walk with care from slipping. Is dangerous for old people. The room is a good size to place luggage’s. Shower water pressure is great. But the toilet area is tight if the person is big size might have a hard time getting in. Does not have space to place toiletries at the sink area.
