"great place"

"My only gripe is our Ac was horrible in the second building. Was difficult to sleep but they provided a fan. Def ask for main building."

"Nice place if you like the shared idea (some rooms have shared bathrooms). Breakfast is simple, but ok, however you have to bring your dishes to the kitchen yourself and put it in the dishwasher afterwards. If you want a fried egg, you have to prepare it yourself in a pan. Afterwards you have to clean the pan. All these things are not explained on the Expedia sites. You will find this information just before check in when you get an email from Casa Nook or on their own website."

"I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Upon arrival, we immediately identified ants all over the floor, stains on the bedding and stains on the towels. Once we raised this with Pedro (check in agent), he didn’t offer any apology but simply to have a cleaner come back, no compensation and our request for a room change denied as it was “peak season”. After the cleaner came, again ants and multiple stains across the bedding were still there. I raised this again with Pedro, called multiple...
