No problem if you are out and about most of the time but staying in might be a bit crammed. "It is actually a nice property but its attitude to guests is off the mark. The check-in instructions are complicated and officious. The door entry system is weird and puts you at the mercy of your phone's battery. They don't let you control the heating and warn against using too much hot water. They would charge you for the air you breath if only they could measure it. It feels like they would be happier if no-one stayed there. Perhaps the place is managed by Basil Fawlty?"

"Excellent experience staying in this house! Great, quiet location and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well-organised with lots of different amenities provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. I also appreciated the selection of books and DVDs in the living room which come in handy on a rainy afternoon. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay!"

"It was a traditional three bed room town house so it was more than enough for two of us but we really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, quiet and very convenient to the train station, local shops and restaurants. The beach is just 3 mins walk away. The communication with the landlady was very good as well and Ruth was very helpful. We like Bridlington a lot so definitely consider to come back to this house again. "

It was Pleasant, but as the windows were dirty and the view from those windows (being at the back of the property) was very unappealing, we were forced to have the blinds down all the time. The biggest disappointment was that on the Expedia ad it said 'parking included' and it was not, therefore we felt Expedia used false advertising. Parking was our first priority when looking for a place to stay. We were able to find parking elsewhere, which wasn't close to...
