"This was a booking made just two days in advance. What luck! Hotel was excellent. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff, and interesting/cool interior, as show in the photos. Loved the location. Easy access to busier areas but down a picturesque street. Take a quick walk up the hillside neighborhood for a lookout across from the Alhambra. "

"Fantastic location, you can walk to everything easily. Very comfortable beds."

"The hotel is located at Gran Via avenue, and near to the cathedral, which is convenient to transportation to other tourist locations e.g. Alhambra. The hotel is new but the air condition in our room did not work. We asked the concierge to solve this problem. Initially he said that he was not in charge of this, but later he told us that we had to wait 10 min after turn on the air condition to work. However, it did not work at all. Fortunately, the climate was not hot, otherwise we could not stand...

"La habitación magnífica. Limpia, muy bien decorada, amplia. La TV con aplicaciónes varias (Netflix, Amazon, Disney, Youtube) y un montón de canales. Por primera vez. La cama enorme. La climatización buenísima. El cuarto de baño enorme, limpio, una ducha enorme, sin bidé. El único pero es la bajante del agua del servicio."
