Absolutely Fabulous!

I benchmark a 5 star experience against chains like the Peninsula. This was a total surprise. Ski weekend and this hotel is perfect. The staff is all in sync and have consistent, excellent professionalism and are just nice people. So many conveniences here for skiers. Right at a chair lift. On site ski rental. Parking. Shuttle. I actually liked the hotel food!!! Nice bar. It really surprised me. The only thing i could possibly critique is the room.doors are not totally soundproof but we didnt have any problems. Will stay again.

It is not hotel that is the problem it is the staff and the terrible service. The staff doesnt care about good service and making the customers satisfied. We asked for a quiet room and got a super nous room, water pops making sound all night and people outside because the room where near the staircase where the people pass. On Top there was a huge smell of Marijuana in the corridor. The manager was not at all seviceminded, prefere arguing then apologizes and offer us to change room but we already packed up everything..

High service, clean room, hard beds, poor dinner

A nice hotel with high service level. Beds unfortunately are very hard and not comfortable for being a 5 star hotel. The breakfast is amazing but the dinner options and restaurants are far from 5 star. Great shuttle service. Food needs to be taken down in the village and not at the hotel. If you are vegetarian or vegan there are extremely few options.

The room was clean but the floor was full of dust that wasn’t very pleasant. The bed cover left so much loose hair on the bed. The bad quality bed cover. Apart from that everything was amazing.

Fantastisk hotel. Så hyggeligt og komfortabelt, alt er der tænkt på. Fik Mountain View upgrade on arrival og hotellet ligger perfekt for en skiferie på et par dage. Der er service shuttle any time man har behov der kører dig til liften på få minutter. Maden er fantastisk - kan anbefales alene for en getaway hvor god mad og afslapning er i fokus. Kommer helt sikkert tilbage.

Mejor hotel sierra nevada

El hotel es una maravilla, tiene un encanto especial, entorno privilegiado. Un trato excelente por parte de todos sus trabajadores. Servicio de Transfer a pradollano gratuito, aunque en la puerta está el telesilla. Día de salida te dan un habitación de cortesía para poder ducharte, y después de una mañana intensa de ski es perfecto. He ido en varias ocasiones y siempre q pueda repetiré en este hotel.

He pedido 2 habitaciones de lo cuales 1 fue buena (413b), y la otra 206 tenia cama de 1.50 en vez de 1.80, , superficia mas pequeña, y ruido en la puerta de la habitación Servicio ok pero la habitación depende de tu suerte

Excelente todo, es ideal para ir a esquiar y estar en un lugar tranquilo, se puede salir esquiando del hotel y la silla desde la base llega al hotel. el restaurante es muy bueno

Top y el mejor hotel en Sierra Nevada

El mejor hotel en sierra nevada, calidad - precio el mejor, las habitaciones super amplias y muy bonitas. El staff inmejorable, te ayudan en todo, estan atentos a todo lo que necesitas. Todo el dia hay Cava , zumo , gominolas , chocolate caliente para despues de esquiar , pan dulce y todo cortesia del hotel. Cada año vamos y este vez el hotel ha superado mis expectativas, cada dia mejor. El desayuno buffet muy completo. El spa maravilloso.

Certainly a five star hotel

It certainly exceeded my expectation. I was not too sure due to it's rather low ratings at hotel.com in a low 8. Since it's just about the one or two five star hotels here so I took a chance on it. Yes, it's a five star which comes with all the convenience: a ski rental shop on site, a ski locker and access to a chair lift to come up. Breakfast is so so and coffee can be better. I like the room very much

Härligt skidhotell.

Ski in ski out med otroligt vacker utsikt i härlig miljö à la alphotell. Parkering finns både på hotellet och utanför hotellet. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. God mat. Förbättringar finns dock att göra. Uteserveringen på terassen med fantastisk utsikt skulle kunna vara så mycket bättre med snabbare service, det tog alldeles för lång tid, vid vårt första besök fick vi leta rätt på bartendern som fixade dricka och sen kom menyn men kom aldrig tillbaka för att ta upp beställning. Nästa besök blev lite tokigt på grund av språkförbistring men det tar som sagt för lång tid vilket gjorde att flera gäster vände och gick därifrån. Dock väldigt rar personal. Man vill styra gästerna till att använda en dörr som är svår att se från utsidan, märk upp den eller låt den stå öppen då det finns en glasbur på insidan som håller kylan borta. Dörren man inte vill att gästerna ska använda är det ju bara att sätta upp en skylt på ”Staf only” Det smälldes en hel del i dörrarna till hotellrummen på natten p.g.a. respektlösa hotellgäster men från hotellets sida skulle man kunna sätta på något i dörrkarmen som dämpar smällarna något. Men vi ärsupernöjda❣️

Great stay

Really comfortable stay - rooms were in good quality. Only shame is have to pay to use swimming pool which doesn’t seem consistent with staying in any other 5-star.
