Fantastic hotel and staff.

We stayed for a week and the staff were unbelievably helpful, every question we had they knew the best answer to and helped a lot with our trips. Located just 5 mins walk from the night market.... Overall it was brilliant experience!!!

Very nice staff. Helpful and pleasant. Language can be a bit of a problem but they try their best to make the stay pleasant. Rooms do not have adequate storage spaces and the space provided for keeping the suitcase is at floor level - not convenient for anyone with a back problem.

I had an amazing stay at Angkor Boutique Villa, Friendly, helpful and very nice staff especially Vannak. Rooms very spacious with very comfy and very large beds. Pool perfect to chill out with a nice drink. Located in a quiet street but moment away from everything. Night markets 4 min walk and Pub Street about 6-7 min walking distance. I strongly reccomend Angkor Boutique Villa.

5 days at the Angkor Boutique Villa

My husband and myself recently stayed at this hotel to start our Siem Reap to Luang Prabang Cycling Trip. The hotel is pleasant and the staff exceptional. We used the swimming pool which was clean. Drinks were served at the pool and it was a place to get a break from the very hot humid conditions. Breakfast were also good and huge. We also had dinner at least once at the hotel which was exceptional. However, we were surprised how few guests stayed at the hotel and how many staff there were to attend just to a few customers.

Quiet location within walking distan to nightlife

This hotel/guest house is quite small with only a few rooms. We decided to go for the higher category rooms and were very pleased by the standard provided. Room decoration is modern, featuring a spacious bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. Blankets are quite warm so it's needed to have the air-con running at night time. Air-con is quiet and mattress has a comfortable level of softness. We had a good sleep every night. As the hotel is located away from main roads and rooms are away from the road it's very quiet at night time. Breakfast offers a typical American breakfast (juice, coffee, eggs) alone with a very nice basket of bread. We enjoyed having a proper meal before heading to the historical park. On return we were always greeted with cold towels to wash off the dust from the road. Swimming pool is well maintained and looks very clean. Swimming and relaxing was pleasant. Hotel can arrange drivers (car or Tuk-Tuk) for touring the historical site.

Sheets weren't clean and couldn't get through to them that I wanted them changed. They thought I just wanted my bed made. Everything else was good. Nice intimate 6 bed place 10 minute walk from market

Great value, home feel, good food, walk to Pub St

Highly recommended. Great Value villa - homey feel in an 8 room villa. The meals are very good and somewhat under sold. Good breakfast menu. Staff were helpful and you could see they were trying their best to do everything you need. Only thing is that its in a quiet area but actually it has great potential if there are few more villas that would come up as it is walking distance across the river to Pub Street. My one recommendation is that there is a dark alley you need to walk to the Pub street at nite so I think they should provide bicycles for their guest to ride...

El hotel es una casa adaptada para hotel , pero realmente es lindo y agradable. El personal del hotel es muy agradable, sin embargo no sabe mucho ingles , por lo que a veces fue difícil recibir ayuda de ellos por esta razón. Aunque la ubicación es buena ( a solo 3 cuadras del pub street ) , hay una calle que necesariamente hay que caminar para llegar al hotel que es muy oscura , por lo que da la sensación de inseguridad, aunque nunca nos paso nada . El desayuno es rico .

We loved it here. The hotel staff are very friendly, prices for all services are very affordable, rooms were clean, and it was within walking distance of the night market and Pub Street. It's not a 5 star resort, but it's a great little boutique. We would highly recommend.
