Book with confidence

Great value for the price. Sooo clean! Very kind front desk. Great rooftop space for hanging out either under cover or in the sun. Pool and restaurant seating both a great space for down time. Room didn't have a ton of natural lighting, but most visitors are out at the temple all day anyway. Tuktuks waiting outside entrance for $2 US around town. ATM at entrance gives both USD & riel. Same day laundry service. Plastic bottles of water, so not great on the eco part of the survey. Comfy bed. Very quiet at night. Elevator. Large room. Modern facility. I would totally stay here again.

Awesome hotel but badddd service

We stay twice at this hotel, and even extended a few days once. But there is one but. Location is great, its quiet, the pool is amazing, rooms are ok for the price you pay... But the service is really bad, at the reception. We arrived early the first time. The guy told us to wait one moment please. 4hrs later approx, we got our room. But he never gave us any details. Just would be nice to know where we stand from. We ask 3 times certain things during our stay, like a do not disturb sign, a bed sheet that was missing,...and never got them. I found a maid who gave a sheet and made my own sign. Didnt do a big deal about this but what was really not nice was that our transfert to airport at 5h30am didnt get booked, while we paid for it 2 days in advance. The poor guy that was there when we arrived at 5h25am had to rush, calling the tuk tuk place and then advise would be late and arrived at 5h45-50. We asked for refund and got a tuk tuk in the street for 2$ less. So dont even bother asking anything at reception ;-)

Название отеля не соответствует, везде вывески в место Okay Guesthouse написано Okay 1vila. Номер выходил окнами на другой корпус отеля ( основной). В нашеммкорпусе не было лифта и очень крутые лестницы. В номере не работал слив раковины и не было вентиляции в туалете. В самом номере нет стульев и холодильника. Зато персонал вежлив и разрешил нам подождать после выселения до автобуса Возле бассейна.

Very lovely guesthouse

The place was nice. Staff is always helpful and smiling especially Roth at rooftop restaurant and pool area. Roth was the best. We had a budget room and slept great there even though air condition kept funny sounds.

We stayed at their guesthouse witch I guess is a bit cheaper and not so nice. They had a great pool on the roof and also a resturant with good food. The staff was super helpful and great. There were no hot water in the shower.

Okay Guesthouse, Okay Service

We had a nice a stay at Okay Guesthouse. The rooms aren't anything special but fine for the price you pay. Disappointed when we tried to a book another night on our last day there and were told we would be able to when we came back from our sunrise tour of Angkor Wat. We came back and when I tried to pay for the room we were told that our room was no longer available and we had to vacate immediately and attempted to charge us a check out late fee.

Pour le prix, très bon rapport avec une petite piscine très agréable après la longue visite de Angkor ou nous avons transpiré énormément. Attention si on vous propose une petite croisière sur le fleuve en fin de journée, ne le faites surtout, c'est de l'arnaque pour vous soutirez de l'argent. Seul Angkor Wat et les autres temples sont intéressants.

Okay but good

I stayed in Okay Guesthouse while holidaying with my daughter and her partner. As its name suggests, this hotel is average but the pool is a great asset. The rooms and bathrooms were functional and comfortable enough. The rooftop pool and bar were great after a day trekking thru the temples! Cleaning was a bit of an issue as the rooms were cleaned only if you put the "please clean" sign on the door in the morning (we were not told about that). The high point was the staff; they were all extremely friendly and helpful, and speaking some English. I would definitely recommend Okay Guesthouse if you are not too fussy and want a pool for an affordable price. I'll stay again if I go back to Siem Reap. PS. No "vast" parking as the website suggests, room for one car only :)

El hotel es muy bueno, la guest house no tanto..

Las fotos publicadas son todas del hotel, detrás, subiendo unas escaleras está la guest house que no es tan buena, pero con buen precio. Disfrutas igual de la pileta. Nosotros decidimos pasarnos al hotel porque nuestra habitación le daba el sol Camboyano y daba a una cancha de volley donde jugaban todo el día. Ahí estuvimos muy bien. El hotel queda a 3 cuadras largas de donde comienza el "centro" por así llamarlo.

Der neue Name für das Hotel sagt schon alles!!! Ein absolutes Spitzenhotel mit einer schönen Dachterrasse mit Pool für den sehr günstigen Preis von 18 Euro mit AC ohne F(1/15).

Quality for a reasonable price ;-)

- very helpful staff - hotel and rooms are clean - nice rooftop pool - good location: no noise from pubs in the centre, city centre (with markets) is only 15 minutes walk away or you can get there also for 1 USD with a "tuk tuk" - but you have to haggle with drivers :) - in whole hotel walks everyone without shoes :) - it is quite weird eg. for europeans, but definitely not a negative...

Backpacker. Schuhe generell aus am Eingang. Zimmer direkt neben Mauer. etwas stickig. Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Eigene PCs und Drucker, was in sehr vielen Unterkünften nicht der Fall ist. sehenswertes Gebäude.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungaverhältnis!

Unser Zimmer war schon etwas älter, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Besonders gut war die Dachterasse mit Pool und schönem Sonnenuntergang. Mit dem Tuk Tuk für 1 bis 2 doller innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten in Siem Reaps Zentrum. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals war hervorragend! Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungaverhältnis. Haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Nice place to stay when visiting Siem Reap

Okay Guesthouse is a nice place to stay when in Siem Reap. The staff was very friendly and nice. The enterior and exterior design of the hotel is amazing and matches the Cambodian art.

Bescheiden und kein Frühstück

Es war ok, aber bescheiden, Zimmerkomfort eher niedrig, Bad eher unterdurchschnittlich und nicht sonderlich sauber, und Fühstück war nicht inbegriffen, Preis mit 17EUR war für Leistung und Kambodscha viel zu hoch.

Heureusement il y avait de la place dans cet hotel a notre arrivée car bien qu'ayant fait la réservation sur hotel.com plusieurs jours à l'avance, ils ne l'avaient pas enregistrée. Chambres de qualité moyenne a la propreté un peu douteuse et vieillot. On se demande si du fait d'une reservation sur internet ils ne donnent pas la chambre la plus éloignée et la plus bas de gamme.

Super nettes und hübsches guesthouse

Service War überragend, Ambiente und Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Absolut empfehlenswert! Einziges manko: am letzten Abend stellte sich ein unangenehmer Geruch im Bad ein, der nicht behoben werden konnte. Gesamteindruck ist dennoch sehr gut. Pool auf dem Dach rundet die sache ab!

All around great place!

My friends and I were on a 4 day trip to Cambodia from Thailand for a visa renewal. This was a great hotel for us. Really clean, the architecture was stunning, rooftop pool and restaurant were fantastic with great views of the surrounding area. The staff was the best part. They made our stay memorable and made each guest feel special. Many of them spoke good English too making life a bit easier when planning outings. Our only bad experience came at the very end if our trip when we booked our bus ticket back to Bangkok through the hotel. The hotel manager who we bought the ticket through did not make us aware that we needed to be ready for a 7 am pickup when the bus leaves at 8 am, when we came down to checkout at 730am they still did not say anything and even let us order breakfast before finally telling us at 745 am that we should have already left for the bus station. We still made our bus so it all turned out okay but added some extra stress to a trip that was going perfectly.
