"I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap"

"The people at this hotel are very helpful and kind. "

"4泊中House CleanIngの札をドアに掛けて外出しても一度しか掃除されず。その一度もクレーム後の対応。トイレットペーパーの補充依頼も欠品してるという信じられない連絡。"
