"Booked this home and then called the number provided for check in instructions and was told it was occupied and we could not check in. Seems very unorganized so if you need a place to stay would not rely on this place. Cannot speak to the property condition as we were never there."

"The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. Later in the week I decided to extend my stay for a night. She helped me join...

"It was all I needed: a clean room and bathroom, small fridge and microwave, and the small couch was nice to have as well. I did not use the pool or other amenities, but they looked clean."

"Very clean."

"Nice Hotel."

"Several family members booked this hotel for an 80th birthday. Great location with easy access to a variety of dining options. However, this is the worst Marriot hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms: Looked clean but on checking out realized we our mattress was dirty with blood stains (pictures attached). Locks: During our entire stay, the room keys for all rooms in the hotel did not work. Guests had to wait for a staff to let them back into their room or leave a member of their party in the room....

"Easy access to airport!!"

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful. We enjoyed the availability of the coffee and tea at the lobby."

"Everything was quite nice."

"Place need s an upgrade, hinges are corroding in the bathrooms need to be changes looks terrible"

"It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean overall a pleasant time."

"Great checking process, informative, friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled amazing and the room was soooo clean. Huge room with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and everything we needed for our trip."
