Stayed one night. Room seemed clean. Bed was very soft. Barhroom smelled like spaghetti which was weird. Beware they advertise a full kitchen but there only 2 paper cups in the bathroom and a empty ice tray in the freezer. Nothing else. The only real problem I had was when I went to check out. The lobby and first floor halls were flooded. The lobby looked like it was raining inside the building. Outside was dry. Made it imposible to properly check out. I will think twice about staying here again. All the low marks I am giving on thevrating is because of that kobby.

No shower curtain! Floor was laminated and you could feel the dirt on feet. Bed looked clean and late so went to bed. Everything was rusty lamps, stove and mirror. Complete -5 Star. Horrible!!! Don't stay!!!

There was a slight rotted wood smell behind my bed and the unit didn’t have any dishes or basic kitchen supplies despite being an extended stay hotel. But I made provisions of my own and still had a very good stay. The property is well maintained and secure, and they serviced the room during the stay whenever I asked.

A great place to stay

This is an extended stay hotel, not a tipical hotel so you don’t get housekeeping service. You would need to take your used towels and sheets for exchange. My stay was pleasant exceptionally customer service at the front desk.

The staff was excellent. Everything else was not acceptable. It was noisy, the bed was not comfortable, and there were roaches in the room. The lamp had a build up of rust on the bottom and the fixtures are in need of replacement. There was debris in the common areas (hallways, elevators) that remained for the duration of our stay. Cannot check in after 11pm unless you call an after hours team - there is no front desk clerk from 11p-7a. The welcome email lists a restaurant in the parking lot that has obviously been closed for a while. I would strongly advise against this property, especially if you will be needing an extended stay.

Overall the property was clean and in a quiet area. Friendly front desk and housekeeping. I would stay here again. Just wish the room had a iron and iron board. Also the bed needs to have more than two pillows.
