My 85 year old grandmother was released from the hospital and it was very comfortable and convenient for her and our family everywhere was far as groceries and amenities was 5 mins away

This was by far the NASTIEST place I’ve ever booked on Expedia and this property needs to be taken off here ASAP. To begin with, the people who I was in communication with in regards to the place were very unprofessional. They won’t answer the phone, and then they’ll text you saying they’re busy. The jacuzzi that is advertised was sooooo nasty. It had bugs floating in the water and the water was slimes and smelly. As soon as I walked in the house, I noticed that it smelled bad. Upon inspecting the house there weren’t any rags or towels, no pots or pans and only 1 of the bathrooms had tissue. There was trash in the trash cans, the sheets and blankets were dirty. There was a brown spot on one blanket and white stains on another. There were bugs in the shower, they had a used, dirty sponge in the kitchen and the freezer was absolutely DISGUSTING. I didn’t even stay the night at the property because the facility was so dirty, I drove 2 hours back home because I was just that uncomfortable. I have yet to hear back from these people. DO NOT STAY HERE!
