Shortlands Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Very clean room, everything was very tidy and smelled fresh and clean. The front desk person was kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The place was kept clean. WiFi worked well. Staff was courteous and polite. And hotel was central to eating and shopping. Room with kitchen was too small. Was barely enough space two persons to move around comfortably.

Room was a bit tired Plug socket off way Broken window Heating temperamental as well as hot water

Room was tired and the carpet was very stained and grubby. Could do with an update to match the lovely communal areas

Overall stay was alright. Staff were friendly and helped me with the room key when it stopped working Upon entering room, I noticed the bathroom was missing a handle on the outside and the inside handle was barely hanging on. The air conditioning was also broken. Walls and ceiling aren’t very thick so you can hear people walking above you and people in rooms next to you
