Shirahama beach area is wonderful and the hotel location is walkable to the beach and restaurants and super market. Nice ocean view and onsen made feel home. Staffs are more than wonderful. Stayed 3 days.

２泊3日させていただきました。 スタッフの方が皆さんとても優しくて、お部屋の清掃など細かいところまで行き届いていてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。 朝食がビュッフェの日は子どもたちが自分で取りたがり親の手が回らない所があったのですが、スタッフの方がさっと手伝ってくださったり子どもたちにも気さくに話していただいて凄く助かりましたし、嬉しかったです。 温泉も家族風呂を予約して入ったのですが、30分間のところ「後がつかえていないのでゆっくり入ってくださいね」と言っていただき、子ども3人連れてのお風呂だったので、お陰様でゆっくりと温泉を堪能できました。泉質も良くお肌がしっとりスベスベになりました！ 温泉の階には子どもたちが遊べるスペースもあって子どもたちもそこで遊べたり、お風呂上がりに「お食事お済みでしたらかき氷できますよ」と誘っていただき、子どもたちも大喜びで自分で作って食べることができていい思い出になりました。 設備は高級ホテルという訳ではありませんが、宿泊者が気持ちよく利用できるように工夫がされていて、家族で過ごすのに必要な物が全て揃っていました。完全にお値段以上です！

対応して下さった旅館の皆様は全員とても丁寧に快く、いつも笑顔で接してくださいました。 感謝いたします。 旅館も家族風呂が複数あり、子供がいるとお風呂も他の入浴者に気を遣うと思いますが家族風呂があるので子連れの方々にもオススメです。（当日時間指定（30分）） 建物自体はそこそこ古いのですがそこはわかった上で泊まるので、不満ではありません。古いですがきれいにお掃除が行き届いてます。 公式ホテルHP通してのCake.jpを利用して夕食時にサプライズケーキとしてだしましたが、そちらの対応も快くして下さり有難うございました。 夕御飯も、バイキングの朝ご飯もどちらも種類が多く美味しくいただきました。 また利用したいな、と思う時間を過ごせました。有難うございました。

お風呂は小規模なお風呂がたくさんあり、家族毎に入らせてもらえるのがとても良かったです。卓球台もあり、昔の温泉気分が楽しめました。食事も美味しかったのですが、お米だけが残念でした。

アドベンチャーワールド等の周辺施設へ向かう拠点として利用させていただきました。 良い点は従業員の方々が非常に親切であるところです。 フロントの方々は常に笑顔で、こちらの忘れ物や困り事にも臨機応変に対応してもらいました。 また朝ご飯の準備をされている従業員の方にも、食材の疑問に丁寧に答えていただきました。どこに行って何を楽しんだのか話が盛り上がり、1日を楽しくスタートできたのもその時間のおかげだと思います。 施設の古さは確かに各所に感じますが、それを理解した上での宿泊費用の安さではないでしょうか。 こちらを検討されている方は安い上でいかにサービスや利便性を取るかを考えているかと思います。その場合、こちらは最適な選択肢の宿泊施設だと私は考えています。 是非ともまた宿泊したいです。ありがとうございました。

施設が古いかもと不安で来館しましたが、予想以上に部屋が広く、掃除も行き届いていて、古さはあるものの、リフォームされているのでとても快適に過ごせました。何より、確認事項があったので予約時にお電話させていただいたのですが、その時の女性の方の対応に始まり、フロントの方々も接する全てのスタッフが笑顔で気さくに話しかけていただき、色々と心遣いをしてくださり、とても安心して宿泊する事ができました。 子供達も部屋の景色や広さ、パンダの絵に大興奮でした。 唯一、子連れでの急な旅行だった為、子供達の食べられそうな食事をお願いができず、近くにも食事に行けそうな場所が少なかったので、食べる物には困りましたが、フロントにはテイクアウトできるコーヒーも販売されていて助かりました。 お宿のサービスとしては全て最高でした！ 次回はお食事も付けて宿泊をお願いしたいと思います！ ありがとうございました！

舒適且親切的飯店

10/8晚上及10/10上午接待的小姐都非常親切，對小孩也是笑容滿面，早餐與離開時還準備小禮物給孩子，真是令人感動，房間空間很大，很舒服，陽台也能看到湛藍的海水，希望有機會能再來一次。

おすすめしません

本当に不快な思いで滞在しました。せっかくの旅行で最初の男性の案内では良かったですが、上野のとう女性スタッフが毎回本当に意地悪でよくフロントにこんなスタッフを立たせてるなと思います。同僚にもひどい言い方をしてますし非常に不快で二度と泊まりません。連泊すると部屋を掃除するサービスもないらしく、そんな旅館聞いたことありません。布団もシミが付いてるし、お風呂も時間によっては汚くてびっくりしました。

家族で宿泊しました。 部屋はとてもキレイ！でお風呂とトイレが完全に独立していて感激しました。 トイレも広々。トイレにも鏡付きの手洗い場があるのに、お風呂場の外にも洗面台があって、 非常に使い勝手が良かったです。 我が家にいるような、落ち着く空間でした。 温泉は、洗い場が３つしかなく たまたま使用するタイミングが被らなかったから良かったのですが、もしも他の方と被っていたら 裸で待たなければならないところでした。 家族風呂もあるとのことなので、心配でしたらそちらを利用すれば良いかと思います！ 卓球台や、ミニトランポリン、ロデオマシーンもあり、入浴後も楽しめます。 スタッフの方はとても気さくで、丁寧で素晴らしかったです。 朝食のバイキングは、こどもたちが大喜びしていました。
