"Great location and excellent staff
We had a great stay at the Sotetsu Grand Fresa. The location was excellent, with Takadanobaba Station just a short walk away, making it very easy to get around Tokyo by train. There were also plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and shops nearby, which was very convenient.
The staff were excellent, and several spoke very good English, which made everything easy. Everyone was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay.
Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the overall experience was very smooth.
The rooms are quite small compared to what we’re used to in Canada. However, I was told this is pretty normal for hotels in Japan, so it wasn’t unexpected. Once we got organized, the room was perfectly manageable for our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here. Great location, helpful staff, and an easy stay. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo."
