This one by far was the least service oriented also no robes only pyjamas that were too small. They were cute but too small other hotel rooms with pyjamas also had robes and pyjamas that were cut to fit most bodies."

"The hotel is new, barely over a year in age and still has the “new” smell. The rooms are very tasteful in decor, and very quiet despite the hotels close location to a busy street. Highly recommended. My one recommendation is that when the hotel is full that the breakfast spread be enlarged and cooking stations be added as in other properties. It felt as though the staff was overwhelmed by the number of guests."

"Our favourite stay out of our entire Japan trip! All the amenities made the stay so much better. We especially loved the huge variety of onsen baths, massage chairs, nightly ramen, and ice cream! Would 100% stay here again!"

"Great stay. Location, room and staff were great. Could do with extra coffee in the room. One cup per person is not sufficient and in a 5* hotel, there shouldn’t be a charge for a second cup if required. "

"I booked this hotel for my 10 year old and husband. They had nothing but great things to say about it! Especially my son. He loved the location and how he didn’t have to do too much walking everywhere. From the manga museum, to Irichan being less than 5 min away. We will definitely book again when we come back as a whole family!!"

"The hotel is really conveniently located, the staff is lovely and accommodating, the baths is amazing and the beds were comfortable. The only two negatives were: the WiFi was not great. And the room is a bit of a spaceship at night with all the blinking lights so bring an eye mask. "

"The property was in a great location. It was an easy walk to markets, shops and restaurants. The room was small with a giant king size bed (I could have done with a queen and gave more room to walk around. The room itself was okay, nothing great but served it's purpose. The hotel also seemed very dark. The entrance to the lobby was dark as was the hallways to the room. Next time I would spend a bit more money for a bigger room."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size - ideal for not feeling cramped on top of each other, and just felt a tad more luxurious than the other two hotels we stayed in during our Japan holiday. This hotel is on the main street but you couldn't hear much noise from floor 5. The staff were really helpful and friendly - check-in was easy, so was check-out. We didn't have to pay a separate bill upon arrival for visitor tax despite being from the UK. Luggage forwarding you need to fill the form in a day earlier than you might expect as they need to do some checks on the phone and if you are in a rush it could delay you. Only negative was the TV wouldn't remember us so each time we watched youtube we had to sign in - minor inconvenience. Within walking distance of a few stations, convenience store 2 shops up. Got some breakfast bars for skipping a day service for the room which was a nice surprise. Would highly recommend."
