"First location. For me the location is perfect. Small side street that is so quiet, you can't believe you are in a city. Close to temples, shopping and restaurants that are literally one minute away. When you get the code and enter the building it has this quirky charm that makes it so appealing. "The Cuore Nagasaki is in an excellent location very close to the train station, bus station, ferry terminal and tram line. It is a standard Japanese hotel with no frills but all the amenities you would expect. The staff are polite and helpful if required. My room was a reasonable size and functional."

"Wonderful hotel. Rooms terrific, very spacious. Some rooms overlooking the football stadium. Loved watching them relay the new turf for the upcoming football season. Great restaurants, bit pricey, but you’ll enjoy eating at “eggs n things”. Tram station just outside the hotel - easy ride to the places to visit. Pool is brilliant, overlooking the pitch. We’d love to come back again."

"Normally when we go to Nagasaki, we stay at a hotel near the train station. This time we tried this hotel at the Hamanomachi shopping arcade. The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. The front desk is on the 4th floor along with a free coffee machine, vending machines, two washing machines and dryers. on the same floor is the breakfast buffet which the price was reasonable and had local specialties. But since you at a shopping arcade, there are many more choices available there including a McDonald's just 200 feet away from the entrance. The location was excellent. You're in a shopping arcade, so naturally you have a lot of shopping choices. The bus from Nagasaki airport drops you off a couple of blocks away, so very convenient getting from and to the airport. There is a streetcar stop just outside the arcade to get wherever you need to go and Nagasaki Chinatown is just across the street. When we have to come back, we're definitely choosing this place."

"This room was very clean, large, comfortable, and I had one of the best views I have had in all of my travels in Japan. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I didn't take advantage of breakfast or the parking so I can't speak to those. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely be back to Nagasaki and this hotel on my next trip. Thank you to the staff for all of your hard work. "

"Room was clean and space was fair-sized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking were a bit inconvenient, old style lift operated which needs staff to operate. No easy access for guests. No multiple entries per parking either. Close to attractions, transports and lot of dinner options. Ground floor have a number of clubs and pubs which open til late, a bit noisy because of that."
