Peaceful Stay

Beautiful hotel with impeccable service. Everyone was so kind from check in to checkout where they gave us candies in our rental car. We only had one night but the location, views and cleanliness were all great.

Perfect place to relax

Silent place with lounge and swimming pool. You can just relax yourself and stay in the hotel whole day. Restaurants I’ve tried are good. But the location isn’t high enough to view the whole Nagasaki harbour.

We stayed in the main building and the room was spacious and tidy. The room came with club lounge access where we could enjoy complimentary drinks and snack. The pool and sauna were nice too. We were very satisfied with the room and facility. The staff were helpful too. The only thing we found disappointing was the dining experience. We didn't make reservation for the hotel prior to check in and most restaurants were full already so we had dinner at the hotel tempura restaurant at last. We chose the 14000 yen per person set. The tempura were fine but were served in a hurry. The appetizer and the rice were disappointing.

原本非常期待此次住宿能在房外陽台及浴缸泡澡時就能欣赏著名的長崎港口夜景,沒想到在陽台時先看到的是一小片墓園,頓時遊興全無,以此價格實在很不值得

施設は良かったのですが…

お部屋は広くて過ごしやすい空間でした。 施設は至る所に映えポイントがある"雰囲気重視"な印象です。 一つ気になることは、夕食で利用したレストランでの出来事。お会計はお部屋付けにしたので、伝票にサインをして控えをいただけるのを待っていたのですが、一向に持ってくる気配が無く。気になりお声がけしたところ「フロントに伝わってますので、チェックアウトの際にお支払いを」とのこと。日本のホテルなので変な心配はしていませんが、これまでの経験では、お部屋付けの場合は控えをいただく習慣だったため、驚きました。最近はこのようなスタイルのホテルもあるのか…と思い、出口へ向かいスタッフさんに一礼をしたのですが、預けていたコートのお渡しも無く。やむ無くラックにかかっていたのを自分で取り、お店を後にしました。 運良く貴重な食材を食することができただけに、最後に残念な気持ちになりました。

部屋から見える景色がとても綺麗で、また泊まりたいです。 アメニティやタオル数が充実していました。 お洒落な内観・外観でリラックスできます。 【良かった点】 こちらの不備(Expediaのバグ)で二重予約になっていたところを、キャンセル料金なしで取消してくださいました。 また、ホテル備品などをお借りするのに何度もフロントにご連絡しましたが、快く対応してくださいました。 長崎駅からのシャトルバスがあり、旅行者にとっても助かります。 【気になった点】 アクティビティをするには、全て予約が必要かつ、有料な点が気になりました。 また翌日のアクティビティは18:00締切も多いので、チェックイン時間が遅いと申込できないケースもあります。 Expediaの予約は、部屋によりバーラウンジ利用可否やチェックアウト時間が違うのでご注意ください。 アクティビティを利用しない際は(雨で利用できない場合もある)、ホテル周辺には何もないので部屋でゆっくりするイメージです。シャトルバスや車で街に出てもいいかもしれません。

特別な記念日やご褒美にオススメ！

こんな素晴らしいホテルがあった事に驚きでした。写真やネットで見るよりも何倍も景色は素晴らしくホテル空間もよかったです。 スタッフさんのサービスクオリティは高く感動しました。 今回は特別な日なので贅沢して離れのスイートに滞在しました。景色、広さ、静寂さ、清潔感どれをとってもパーフェクトでした。　 また夕食も朝食もとても美味しく頂きました。 特別な記念日やご褒美にオススメです。
