"had a great stay. clean rooms the people were very nice and helpful. women doing the breakfast kept dining room and buffett very clean and well stocked. The only downside was the pool. not very clean had a green flim in pool and dead animal on the pool deck. would stay again."

"Had real bad weather with tornado warnings, and sirens going off and there was no safety plan from staff. Was told we would go to staff laundry room but they did not unlock it and when asked about it we were told not to worry it only gets windy and there’s never a tornado since she lived there. "My sister and I lost power due to a tornado last Thursday so we got a room at Tru. It was our first time staying there but it won’t be our last. This hotel was simply amazing. The staff was very helpful and nice. The front desk even gave us a tour before we got our room. The pool was nice and surprisingly quiet, and the breakfast was very delicious! I definitely recommend this hotel to any and everyone!"

The toilet didn't flush, the air conditioner was so weak that it did not cool the room, and the bed frame had a metal spike sticking out that actually took a chunk of skin off my leg. "It's old and pretty run down. Bare bones furnishings in the room. No coffee maker. Soap and shampoo dispensers in shower were empty. They did provide one (1) small bar of soap. Breakfast? Juice dispenser was out of order. No fruit. Dry cereal and mini donuts. For some reason I thought the name Wyndham meant the property would be better maintained. I was wrong."

"Our room was spacious. They didn't have a coffeemaker in the room since the coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The towels were very thin, the toilet paper felt like it was 1-ply. The shower in the room was dripping half of the water via the spout below since the mechanism wasn't working properly. That left us with very low pressure showers on the 4th floor."
