"Agree entirely with a previous review. Not an hotel, just a B&B with bar and a very limited menu. The proprietess wanted to talk at us. The son, considerably older than 21, came up to us in the bar and said his mother would be with us soon to serve us drinks. Clearly he was not authorized to. Why? So we waited another 5 --10 mins for her to appear. No hot water in room - neither shower nor wash basin. Reactions were "we know one of the hot water timers is faulty, but it's nearly time for annual...

"This location is a bit out of the way but Royal William Dockyards is a great location on its own. The apartment itself was wonderful. Everything you might need plus a lot of extras. You are getting great value because it’s a bus or uber away from city centre. But the the wonderful views make it special. We loved our stay, and where would you get a two bedroom for such a price? "The hotel was exactly as described in photos. Clean, classy and very good value for money. We couldn’t hear any guests within property. Shower was powerful and nice and bathroom was clean. Bed comfortable, duvet thick but airy which was the perfect combo. Outside space from the room was well presents and clean. No bad smell and easy check in. Only thing I would critique is we couldn’t open window wide enough for our personal choice and could do with curtains as well blinds as that morning sun...
