"The staff were very nice and there were always staff cleaning the elevators and the floors. However, invest in facilities management. The rooms could be so much better. They’re clean but run down. Paint pealing in the windowsill, cracked tiles in the bathroom, fan vents that don’t work making all the condensation trap into the bathroom after a shower, and rugs that are stained. Our first room had a smashed tv that was either not known or just not taken care of. Again- not the worst place to stay but could be a lot better. "

"We booked the hotel because it was the best price at $98 a night and still had high reviews. We were very pleased. The bed was very comfortable, it was a good location from MD Anderson, and the staff was very kind and helpful. We would stay there again."

"Ghetto! I’ve stayed at many La Quinta, and this by far was the worst one. Weed smell, reeked through the hallways. People are clearly living here full-time. Shading individuals roaming the parking lot at all hours. Somebody was sleeping in the parking lot in a vehicle. Super loud highway sounds all night. Breakfast ended at 9 o’clock and it was closed at 8:45am. Rude staff at front desk. I would never stay here again."
