The receptionist, Sunny is very pleasant, and helpful with providing information, his smile made us feel welcome, his warmth at receiving us made us feel we can count on him if we needed assistance. The lobby , the elevator, the hallways are clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and provided what we need for a day of stay. Breakfast doesn't provide a lot of different items. Key cards to our room failed 2 times and had to go to front desk twice to have the keycards re-programmed twice.

Will definitely stay here again!

Couldn't be happier with our stay! The entire staff was wonderful. Breakfast was as expected, when we checked in, they explained to us how breakfast worked. I see a lot of complaints about it only being waffles. Well, they tell you on the paper they give you at check in that Monday through Friday. It's just a standard cold breakfast, Saturday and Sunday are continental breakfast. Our room was cold. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave worked great. The pool was clean. The entire hotel was clean and my son and I had a wonderful two night stay.

I enjoyed that the room was cold and not humid. Aside from that, the whole hotel smelled dirty, the elevator seemed unstable and was out of order for an entire afternoon, the toilet paper in our room was not changed, we were only given 3 towels for four adults, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and the breakfast was not good. Staff was kind.
