"The person who checked us in wasn’t very helpful and not friendly at all, I try to have a conversations he was interested at all. Rest of the hotel staff including the restaurant manager from breakfast were Amazing and helpful throughout. The room could’ve been more clean however it’s was vey spacious with great beds and bedding nice large bathroom had all the complementary toiletries."

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."

"The property needs maintenance. The carpets in the hallways are stained. The ceiling in the toilet is also stained. The toilet counter is chipped. Wall paper needs to be changed as gap lines are starting to appear. This should not be the case for a 5-star hotel."

Bathroom towels were not changed during my stay, and the flush system in the bathroom was not working properly. Overall room maintenance was below average, and the service from the staff was also disappointing. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a lack of attention to guest comfort.
