clean room, friendly helpful smiling polite respectful staff, the free breakfast is excellent popular healthy fulfilling, the swimming pool is very relaxing, the hotel is a walking distance to a lot of things including convenience stores groceries malls, our room is very green energy saving earth friendly, it has a huge one-piece window overlooking the waterfront, and the view is to die for. Overall, our stay was so excellent. We love everything. The only drawback is the heavy traffic going to and from Dubai.

This was definitely one of the best places I stayed . Kind staff , clean rooms with plenty of room with bathtub and shower . Kitchen was equipped with a fridge and cooktop. I felt like home . Really great place to stay

Everything was great except the security staff as they have attitude problems and they stare down anyone coming in. We almost cancelled our stay here because as soon as we walked in a guy in a grey suit standing right in front of the entrance kept staring with a rude cold look, tried saying hi and smiling and he just kept staring( confirmed from front desk he is security)! Don’t know what his problem is as this is a 4 star hotel the least security do is make you feel welcomed and safe. Same thing with the night security guard the East Indian guy, he has attitude problems. Maybe train your security to make guests feel welcomed instead of giving them attitude. The rest of the staff was amazing as well as the rooms and the view. Would be a 5 star experience if it wasn’t for the security

The staff were accommodating and friendy. The room was nice and the food was decent. The pool is nice, but its 5 feet deep across the entire pool, so if the kids dont know how to swim make sure you have floating devices. If you dont have you can buy at Carrefour, its about a 5-10 minute walk. The best part was the view from the rooms overlooking the bay. Pay the extra to get the bay view. There is also a park across the street for kids to play in.

Great place to be in Sharja, a good place for the family with parks and playgrounds around. Very clean, very friendly staff, and you get to see and talk to some Sharjah FC players on match night

The bellmen were awesome! They took care of my luggage for me quickly and efficiently. And after my check-in was complete, they brought all my bags to my room. It felt great to have such attentive bellmen.
