"It took a while for us to check in. And then the reception gave us a room that was already occupied. Due to this mistake, we (incline my wife) had to experience seeing an adult male with almost no clothes. When we complained, we were told that they would make it up with a gift basket which never arrived. I was travelling with my family with young children."

"👍👍👍👍😍"

"Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable."

"While not in close proximity to shopping malls or restaurants, the big selling point for this property is its ocean front location with excellent amenities at the beach and poolside."

"Clean room good stuff good direction "

"Good hotel"

"All good, had a lovely stay and the staff were friendly and helpful. Gulam was really nice and helpful."

"I was apprehensive at first, but generally a good stay. A 3 star hotel experience. Desmond is a wonderful front desk staff!"

"Staff were very welcoming. Hotel foyer opulent but so cosy. Food was nice but very western, not Arabic. Loved the fish dishes. Good location, opposite the beach, near the Aquarium, Maritime Museum and Sharjah gold souk. Liked that the pools had a canopy as it created some privacy. The spa was closed."

"De buurt waar de hotel staat is zeer verwaarloosd en de hotel zelf is verouderd. Het ontbijt is zeer eentonig en er is weinig keus. Er werd in het hotel door andere gerookt en gekookt waardoor de geur van eten en rook bij ons in de kamer terecht kwam. Het was er heel smerig."
