"Staff was friendly and helpful. I was really surprised to get a garage for my rental car. The rooms are nice. And the windows are treated for day sleepers. The breakfast was delivered daily via a cubby that would notify you when it was dropped off, with a little screen over the TV."

"All are good"

"This place was absolutely beautiful and certainly elevated my experience traveling in Tainan! I stayed with a friend and we are sooo happy that we went with this option instead of a typical hotel. "The room is not very clean, it’s a bit smelly during my stays. The staffs were nice and friendly."

"Gerald was wonderful helping us with anything we needed while staying at Hotel Alishan. The whole staff was great :)"

"There is nothing much around the hotel, you have to walk a bit to get to a convenient store. Other hotels supply bottle water, here we need to buy/ donate to get water. Also need to ask for face towel s for the room"
