三人房的環境空間感很舒適，還有小陽台很舒適，一進門店主也很親切，房間內溫馨簡約乾淨，唯一洗澡時可能熱水壓力的關係，前面的人洗完到後段，熱水會漸漸變溫，下一個人要洗時要稍等片刻，讓電熱水器加熱，二樓有免費的餅乾和泡麵供房客食用，但連住兩天小朋友第二天就看不到餅乾在那邊很失望😂而過年這附近幾乎都沒店家開，要找個早餐也滿困難的，停車位的部分很不錯，店門口就可以有車位供旅客停車，是會考慮回訪的旅店。

8/30-9/2 寓間南台公寓住宿

第一次住宿民宿是個不錯的體驗，3人房內空間不大但有溫馨的感覺。比較建議 每隔1-2個月房內可以做深度清潔保養，因浴室地板排水孔及洗手台排水孔都有水流不順的情形，地板偶有螞蟻出沒但數量不多皆被我殲滅。如果陽台可以有曬衣裝置，對於住宿多日想洗衣且享受台南陽光曬衣的客人會是不錯的選擇

整體住宿非常舒適但隔壁廟宇的噪音一大早非常的吵

整體來說都很好，唯一美中不足是早上遇到隔壁的廟在熱鬧一大早放鞭炮又敲鑼打鼓的非常的吵，早上五六點就被吵醒了但應該只是偶爾非常幸運有遇到希望之後入住不會再有這樣的狀況

校園旁的公寓式旅館

在南台科大隔壁的公寓式旅館，部分房間外面就是校園，因此學生說話比較大聲聽得到。房間有冷氣，冰箱，熱水壺，電視，獨立衛浴，提供瓶裝水，餅乾，茶包咖啡包等。有露台。走廊有飲水機。房間還算舒適，吃的話可進校園吃。停車位可停該綠館巷子(應該是死巷)路邊，該旅館似乎也有地下停車場(本次未停該處不確定)。

溫馨舒適的住宿空間

住宿空間不大但溫馨舒適，接待人員服務親切，停車便利就在旅店門口，隔音差，且房間會聽到南台科技大學的上下課鐘聲，但周遭環境不至於太吵雜，整體來說ＣＰ值蠻高的。
