"Excellent location, and helpful staff. The hotel is right in the middle of a lively area and yet accessible from train/bus station. The hotel has complimentary wine in the evening, a welcome relief and chill out after a full day of walking around. Perhaps the only negative is shared among many European hotels: the air conditioning units are undersized especially for the hot weather this year."

"Incredible experience here! My wife and I had a last minute booking and the staff were so helpful. The property is beautiful, as was our room, and we really enjoyed our time there. Especially noted was that they were very happy to accommodate vegan diets and offered us some fantastic alternatives at breakfast. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed here for a week during the Santa Rosalia festival and it was excellent. We were right in the city centre. We asked for a quiet room and found ourselves at the back of the hotel which suited us perfectly as there was zero noise. The cathedral is a 5 .invite walk up the hill as was the palace. The lift takes you to the first floor. You walk along the corridor to another lift which takes you to the rest of the floors. Quirky but loved it. Breakfast is from 7-10, it's the same selection every morning but sets you up for the day. The food in the restaurant is excellent and couldn't fault it. Would I stay here again, definitely. Already thinking about a return visit when it's a little cooler, we had 34° just about every day during our stay. The photos are the views from our room window."
