Our apartment was great. It was very comfortable and fully functional in a fabulous location of Sevilla. Easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, food stores and key sites. And Plaza San Lorenzo was right outside the door. We look forward to staying here again sometime soon!

The property is located in a lovely part of town, and the apartment itself is quite spacious. However, our experience was heavily impacted by terrible maintenance and slow management response times. For three days—roughly 75% of our stay—the bathroom sink was completely clogged. Despite our urgent requests for a quick resolution, the property managers took forever to respond, leaving us essentially without a usable bathroom sink. Additionally, there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed, and the mattress itself was filthy. The property has great potential, but the lack of basic maintenance and poor customer service made our stay incredibly frustrating.

Really happy with our stay in the penthouse suite for 6 of us. Good layout, spacious bathroom and setup (even though it’s a 1 bath, the toilet and shower are separate from the double sinks). Great location, walkable to all the shops you need, and under 20 mins to the bus station. Owners communicated quickly when I had questions. Strong AC for the 95 degree weather. This is the first flat rental that didn’t hand me a book of instructions for check out. They just requested we leave it in a way a cleaner would want. That’s it. It was a very refreshing and surprising checkout instruction. Only minor complaint is to be aware of the nearby cathedral (not the flat’s fault). The bell rings on the hour, 24 hours a day, plus once every half hour.

The apartment is exceptional in every way and therefore I must give it the highest rating possible. Apartment or more the building in which the apartments are have a fundamental design flow, which are electronic locks/keypads through which you gain entry. When the power outage in Spain happened the lock obviously went out and building doors were shut so we could not enter the property. I have asked for the physical key repeatedly but I was completely ignored. There was obviously zero contingency planned into this, because the manager showed up at the property 7h later to ask if we are fine, by then power was back up. Communication - zero. Customer support - zero.
