There was a musty smell throughout the hotel and rooms, no washcloths, rugs in the halls need to be changed

One notch shy of a perfect 10.
Beautiful property, convenient location. Generous accommodations only disappointment was the bed was not comfortable. Everything else was wonderful. Special compliments to Alvaro the bartender for the best Cosmopolitans EVER.
