"Laura checked us in and she was very helpful and enthusiastic. She guided us through the city map and procession schedules to help us navigate and plan our way in the city. She is a gem and should be recognised for her sincere effort! Room, very spacious and purposefully designed with charging points and good amenities except no coffee/tea in the room. Location was away from the hustle bustle but walkable (20-25 minutes). "

"Pretty good. Overall good staff, great location, and clean rooms. On the bad side, renovations disrupted nap, my prosecco was not present when I arrived, and the lobby smelled super bad a few times. In another instance the owners ( I assume) were hanging out the lobby giving orders to staff in not the nicest of ways, and also treating customers with cold detachment. "

"Air conditioning doesn’t really work (requested repair and not much better) and only in April. Would be unpleasant any hotter. Toilet seat also broken and wasn’t fixed upon request. Hotel cheaply appointed and maintained. Feels like it needs a ground up refurbishment. Very expensive for what feels like a mediocre 2* experience. Baby changing mat on wall in corridor on way to main lobby bathrooms also very strange. Staff friendly. "
