"Everything is great, very professional staff👌English breakfast is one of my favourite, especially the hush brown, which needs a pinch of salt to make it perfect, but I still love it. Apart from that they served poached eggs, sausages, croissants and amazing fresh melons! 😋"

"Very good value for money in an excellent location. Very close to St James Park tube station and walking distance to Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace and Whitehall. The rooms are not as small as some of the reviews seem to say. The breakfast is quite acceptable and the location cannot be beaten. Open top buses stop right outside and the tube is a very short walk away."

"Large clean room"

"The hotel and room were clean. The check in staff were great. However, the shower had nothing to keep the water in so we had to use all the towels to mop up the flood which was annoying, even though we reported it. As a result we kept having to order clean towels. We couldn’t book into swimming till you check in but there was no space for groups of more than 1. There was also a problem with the curtain that no one came to fix so we had to climb and deal with it ourselves. "

"I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t recommend this hotel more highly. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The facilities were excellent, and it was clear that great care is taken in maintaining high standards throughout the hotel. The location was also perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."

"Clean room in quiet location"

"Lovely stay from start to finish. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and check-in was smooth and efficient (just note there’s a £25 deposit, which I hadn’t expected). The room was spotless, and the little touch of chocolate on arrival was a nice surprise. The location is very central, making it perfect for getting around. Overall, a 10/10 stay—I’d happily return!"
