"Good, clean hotel but not updated. Not a very nice location: you have to walk/drive around 10/12 blocks through a not nice neighborhood to get to a street where there is restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but we did not use it. Breakfast was ok. Has a nice view from the top floor where breakfast is served, and also from the top floor pool."

"Starting with the good as that is a short list. 1st GREAT LOCATION! As centrally located as is possible. 2nd, the 2 ladies who do everything, breakfast & cleaning , are sweet & try hard to please & soft pillows were provided upon request. Unfortunately the bad outweighs those things. Getting email or message responses prior to arrival either didn’t happen or was slow. Reason, there is NO staffed reception desk AT ALL. No help here. Not with your luggage, which is a BIG DEAL when no less...

"Great location! Staff very friendly."

"If you are looking for old-world charm, this fabulous hotel has it in spades. This is every bit a 5 star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and the staff is impeccable. Attention to detail is the rule. Breakfast was fabulous and the lobby is a wonderful place to relax and have a drink after a night out. At first the neighborhood seemed a bit on the gritty side, but that seems to be much less of an issue after we got the hang of things and were more comfortable. We think...

"Such a quaint place, rooms were unique, very different than American hotels. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend"

"Eine wunderschöne leine Iasd mitten in Palermo mit Pool und Garten. Äußerst nettes junges Perdonal, sehr hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück."

"Huge room and bathroom. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not far from main attractions. Beautiful hotel."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the pedestrian zone and right across the street from Teatro Massimo di Palermo. The rooms are beautiful and the hallways decorated with paintings and sculptures. Only negative was the limited check-in time which ends at 7:00 PM. Be sure to arrive early. Otherwise, highly recommended!"

"this is the nicest hotel i have ever stayed at. the interiors and materials are beautiful. the staff was very nice and super helpful. I would visit Palermo again just stay at this hotel again."

"Conviene to walk"

"Good hotel with an impressive rooftop view and lovely room. Gym was not available when we arrived in the evening and in the morning at 8.00 I was told it is closed because guests are still sleeping. Super disappointed that I couldn’t use the gym and staff were not helpful in making any arrangements. Opening times are not available online nor on the gym door so I found myself twice in front of a locked door ready to workout."
