"We went during a sports travel tournament for children so the hotel was filled with children not an issue as I have kids. We weren’t able to use the hot tub due to it being filled to max capacity until closing (11 pm) by mostly children. And the noise level from 1pm on from I assume the bar guests downstairs having their smokes outside was a bit much then we heard some very aggressive rough housing until about 3am. The hosts were phenomenal, so kind! We did have a great time, just not a good...

"We stayed in the family suite, the room was spacious, had an arcade, few board games, connect 4 and had a full size fridge. The cleaning was okay, felt it could have been a bit better, the rooms are dated, the bunk beds squeaked so if your kids move a lot, this might pose some issues. The blinds did not block any light so the room was pretty bright the entire night. The breakfast was ok and provided enough options for everyone. Overall, it was an okay stay and we could consider staying here...

"If you don’t have a breakfast voucher, check out the Garden Court restaurant and try their “North 40” breakfast. Consists of 7 oz steak done (perfectly) to order, plus bacon strips, hashbrowns, toast … $20 is a good value !"

"We stayed here 2 years ago and had a wonderful stay. This time, our room, 411, left much to be desired. Bathroom very small. No counter, just a couple of glass shelves. Very squishy and we are not big people. Taps squeaky, need replacing to modern hygienic taps. Had to ask for a luggage rack. Breakfast was decent and included so very much appreciated. Front desk staff were great, as we're servers in the restaurant. Really enjoyed a meal at Peanuts pub."

"The room was clean. The staff was super helpful when we made a booking error. The quiet pool closed early so we avoided the pool as the other was extra busy. Buffet breakfast was fantastic."

"Our room was mostly quiet and very clean, beds and pillows were comfortable. Only issue I encountered was that the dining area for the free breakfast was much too small, I had to leave my room and check for an empty table 5 times before finally being able to get a seat in the final 15 mins or so of breakfast time."

"Didn't sleep, AC unit was so loud, nice room, but hope they fix that soon. Not even asked how my stay was, also forgot to tell us we needed to scan the room key in the elevator, had my dog asked where they could relieve themselves, since the signs on the grass say no dogs, they didn't no where I could bring her."
