"Overall an okay stay..check-in was easy, staff were very friendly. Unfortunately our room smelt seriously gross like dog piss or something stale/staunchy. Went to crack a window but the window goes to a restaurant and you can't open it for fresh air. . . Burned myself on steam when refilling the coffee maker. It shot steam out when I put new water in the top. Causing me to burn myself, thankfully not causing lasting burns. The beds were super uncomfotable. Pillows were comfortable though. I...

"Beautiful hotel. A great stay. Only 2 critiques: the pull out bed was not overly comfortable (we had a King size bed and a pul out for 4 guests). Very thin and you could feel the springs in your back. The bed, however, was very comfortable. Second critique is that there was no complimentary coffe/tea station in the lobby as I am accustomed to. Other than those 2 issues, everything was amazing. Very spacious room."

"Complimentary breakfast was well presented. Room was clean. A chair was moved I noticed that the baseboard heater electrical wires were exposed. The front desk was notified. They tried to tell me that the heaters panels often get bumped by the housekeeping staff. Had I not noticed this my granddaughter could have invertantly electrocuted herself."

"The breakfast staff was amazing! The facilities were clean and it was a very close to the Calgary Stampede, we got there and back on the train since it was only one stop away. Super convenient if you’re going to the Stampede!"

"Hotel was smaller than expected. Room was great. Used the pool. The pool was great. Breakfast was not good because of the limited options. I think I would try a different hotel next time."
