"I would definitly book again if ever in Florence, the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and had everything you need. In the lobby there are 2 restaurants, a pooltable, a lot of seatings to just chill or work. Right across the hotel there is transportation to city or the station. No bad remark about this hotel."

I feel like I got an Amex Fine Hotel and Resort property at 1/3 the price. Not the staffing or service of a 5 star hotel. But a 5 star room and property. Great location, just a 5 or 7 minute walk to the Duomo/Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore/center of it all. Great to get out of the crowds, but close to it all. Run, don't walk to book this hotel."

My girlfriend and I were staying on property for her birthday and I wanted to surprise her with roses that morning. The staff made sure to have rose pedals waiting in the room upon check in, and then coordinated roses to be dropped off the morning of her birthday which made for the best surprise.
