Please note that I have stayed in many hotels throughout my trip and I have never ever left a bad review but this hotel is nothing like it looks on the pictures. Extremely dirty and rundown. I was shocked when I arrived, I booked for 4 nights but left the very next day.

Barely any outside light from the window. Lobby staff quite rude after i asked them to turn on the A/C which they forgot to turn on. Bath towels are in bad condition and have old stains, they don’t provide soap to wash hands or any other basic toileries. My door was missing a lock, i could not lock my door

Location: 9/10 Very convenient, there’s basically everything you need by walking. I was here for skin treatments and all clinic are walkable within 20 mins. Room 7/10 Some minor issues such as the sheets had some marks, dust on table, the shower head was broken (water comes out 4 ways) Overall I think I would recommend this place.

日本で言うビジネスホテル的な対応？掃除は希望があった時にしか入りません、と事前に言われた。私的にあまり入られる好きじゃないのでよかった。部屋に備え付けられている清掃ボタンで操作。部屋の階に上がると自分の部屋の扉が開いていた！換気してたのな？？笑。見た目はスタイリッシュで清潔感がありそうにみえたけど、ベットシーツの中に短い髪の毛が入っていたり、ベットが加齢臭臭かったり、タバコの臭いがして清潔に関してはなかったです。アメニティはなし、スリッパ、薄っぺらいガウンはあった。窓はブラインドやカーテンではなく扉があるタイプ私的に真っ暗がよくて、日差しで目覚める派ではないのでかなり遮光ができたのでそこはよかった。シャワーの圧も良し。立地もよしだか裏に遅くまでやってるレストランがあったりしてちょっとうるさかったけど、気にならない程度。総合的にはまぁ普通でした。また利用する確率は低い。

The location is good, the rooms are big. However : The cleaning isn't great. Which i doubt is because of the cleaning ladies. The problems are the men working at the reception desk. Rude, rude, rude .... you say hello to them, they don't reply, they just pretend youre not here. You say hello in korean, just as bad. You say something, they're ready to have an argument. I should have paid more and go to a better place.

La chambre était sale, il y avait des papiers de préservatif sous le lit, la baignoire était sale. Pas de bar/salon, pas de laverie, un réfrigérateur qui fuit, PAS DE LAVERIE, le ménage n’est pas réellement fait. Les couloirs sont sales, la moquette est tâchée et délavée. Le monsieur à l’accueil ose nous appeler pour nous dire de fermer notre fenêtre.

사실 별루예요... 천장에어컨에서 나오는 바람은 먼지랑 같이 날리고 2박하는데 둘째날 낮에 청소도 없고 수건 교체도 없네요 첫날 있는 수건으로 2일을 썼네요 1회용품을 안 쓴다고 유상으로 판매하는 건 좋은데 그렇더라도 샤워타월 정도는 있어야돠지 않나요... 바디워시로 그냥 비누처럼 씻엇네요... 담 서을 출장에는 별로 추천하고 싶지 않네요

승강기 인접 객실은 반드시 피하세요.

승강기와 붙어 있는 객식을 잠을 자기 힘들 정도로 소음이 심합니다. 다행히 방을 바꿔주기는 했으나, 애초에 사용하면 안되는 객실이라고 생각됩니다.

급하게 잡은 숙소였는데, 너무너무 만족하고 잘 머무르다 갑니다! 침구류 너무 편했고 무엇보다도 카페트 바닥이 아니라 건조함 없이 쾌적했습니다! 비품(수건류)이 살짝 낡아있어서 요 부분만 개선되면 더더욱 좋을 것 같습니다! 역삼 근처에서 무조건 재방문 추천이요!
