Guests booking an Executive Level room type are permitted to invite up to 2 non-resident guests to the Executive Lounge during the week (excludes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) for a surcharge. Children under 13 years old are not allowed in the Executive Lounge, except on weekends and public holidays from noon to 3 PM and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
The indoor pool, fitness facility, and sauna are closed every third Wednesday of the month. For February 2026, the closure will be on the fourth Wednesday instead (February 25).
Children under 13 years old are only permitted to use the indoor and outdoor pools with parental supervision. Children under 13 years old are permitted to use the indoor pool on weekends only. Guests under 140 cm tall are permitted to use the outdoor swimming pool only while wearing a life jacket.
Guests booked in "no outdoor pool access" room categories are charged fees to access the pool. Entry to the outdoor pool may be limited due to maximum occupancy policy. In case of overcrowding, guests may have to wait to use the pools. Guests cannot pre-book entry to the pool. Up to 2 sun beds per room are available for use in the outdoor pool area (first-come, first-served basis) and some sun beds are prioritised for guests who book exclusive packages. Children under the age of 36 months must wear swim nappies in the pool. Rubber rings must be less than 1 metre in diameter and are only allowed in the children's pool. Access to Urban Island may be restricted in extreme weather conditions.

One of the best 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at: excellent service to help us book taxis / translate as we don’t speak Korean and top-tier amenities for saunas, pools, gyms with many racks to support my health needs! Not to mention the breakfast was so goooood as it is a Michelin restaurant… Will definitely come back!

Staying on the executive floor give you access to exquisite food that you will not find in any other hotel executive lounge. You don’t even have to go to dinner at night after attending happy hour in the lounge. Everything is so elegant and the staff is so attentive. Best executive lounge ever!!!

Room was spotless and I loved everything about it. The bedding is probably THE BEST I've come across while traveling so far. All the hotel staff were so kind and helpful, it was the best service I've ever experienced at a hotel so far. The bakery on the first floor has amazing pastries, and the dinner buffet at Parkview was amazing. Every time I visit Korea, there's always so many foods I want to try but eating here really fulfills that. All the dishes were amazing. The only downside to the hotel is that it's up on a hill, and there's nothing really close by walking distance (convenience store, activities, etc), especially in the colder seasons. I look forward to visiting again!
