I really liked the spacious room, clean bathroom, gym and their hospitality! The front desk service was so amazing: she upgraded our room for free when I asked her if the room has a bathtub and even gave us free coffee tickets too. She was very kind and friendly:) The location is okay too with a convenience store within a minute walk.

Clean and comfortable to stay, great location, and staff (especially Chowon) was very friendly and accommodating to our requests. She wrote a card with sweet words and it made our stay happy and greatful. Will stay again.

Room was clean, but there were signs of wear all throughout the room. The worst was that there was water damage on the floor and it became apparent that it was because the shower is slow to drain and water spills out onto the floor outside the shower. Good connection to the Incheon airport with the 6017 airport shuttle. 30 minutes away from the core of Seoul.

It was a very nice nice hotel. The staff were very friendly and service minded. I appreciate that the Hotel os not many meters away from a subway station om the circle line which makes it super easy to get anywhere in Seoul!

Comfortable stay at Shilla Stay Guro

I stayed there for 10 days in total, and it was great. The rooms were great, breakfast was fairly good. The staffs at the front desk were very nice and kind, made my stay comfortable.

Overall stay was wonderful! I'd consider staying here again. The only thing was the door was heavy so it was loud when it closed and the room was smaller than expected. Other than that, the hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly and the area was convenient to walk around.
