We regularly stay here while in Seoul. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the pool and sauna are a big plus. We also like the location, near a major department store and bus station. We've never seen the hotel so crowded, but the staff seemed to manage well. Long lines for the breakfast buffet, which is usually worth the price. And pool time had to be reserved in advance. Lots of families with young children over a long holiday weekend and a big wedding or two. The free parking is a plus as well for those who drive to Seoul.

深夜バーがコロナ禍のせいで閉まっていて残念。

スタッフさんの御対応と言い、設備と言い、概ね満足しています。ただ、コロナ禍のせいではあるものの、深夜バーが閉まっており、こちらを期待していただけに残念でした。あらかじめ明示されていれば良かったのですが、フロントで聞いてようやく判明しましたので、その分を差し引いての評価となります。 コロナ禍がおさまったら改めて利用させて頂ければと思います。

1. ★★★★★ 접근성이 정말 좋아요, 고속버스터미널 역이랑 도보2분거리정도됩니다. 성모병원도 5분내외로 가실 수 있으세요. 2. ★★★★☆ 편의시설도 괜찮아요. GS25시가 건물밖이지만 1분거리에 위치해있어요. 3. ★★★★★ 즐길 거리: 도보15분 거리엔 한강공원가셔서 피크닉을 즐기실 수도 있구요 4. ★★★★☆ 허나 아무래도 연식이 좀 된 호텔이라 깨끗하긴한데 오래된 느낌이 있어요. 화장실, 전화기, TV(셋텁이 없음, 화질에서 깜짝놀람), 방음정도..가 아쉽긴했어요 그럼에도 별4개는 침구가 넘 좋았어요 푹신하고 꿀잠을 보장합니다. 5. 조식 : 조식은 대체적으로좋은데 아무래도 홀이 작은 기분이 들어요. 이유인 즉슨 am 8:10 가 넘으니 웨이팅하시는 분들이 20분 가량 되시더라구요,(주말) 부지런히 가셔 조식 드시길 추천합니다.(주중 무관) 메뉴는 무겁지 않고 깔끔한편이에요. 한식도 꽤 있어서 어르신들도 좋아요. 식후 뜨아로 마무리하려했으나 조식먹는 곳엔 아이스아메리카노만있을 뿐 커피내리는 기계는 운영하지 않았어요. 아마 대기줄이 길어 안 하는 것 같기도 했습니다. 대신 객실안에 향긋한 아르페지오 디카페인(네스프레소)이 준비되있으니 캡슐커피로 뜨아를 즐기시면 될듯합니다. 6. 이십만원 중반 가량 주고 조식포함 디럭스(king_)룸에 묵었는데, 수 많은 SPG 를 다녀본 결과 역시 돈을 써야 좋구나를 다시한 번 뼈로 맞았습니다. 저렴하니 감안해주세요 7. 데이트보단 가족여행, 출장용으로 추천드립니다. 그래도 전반적으로 직원들이 친절해서 좋습니다. 발렛직원분들 진짜 친절합니다. 긴 후기 읽느라 고생하셨어여

위치 : 고속터미널역 5번출구와 근접해 있습니다 예약룸 : 클럽 스튜디오 스윗룸 체크인&아웃 프론트 : 12층에 위치(클럽룸전용, 라운지입구에 위치) 라운지 : 12층(클럽룸의경우 조식도12층) 라운지가 정말 좋다는 글을보고 예약했습니다 라운지가 주 목적이었기에 애초에 클럽룸으로 예약을했는데 기대한만큼 다양한메뉴와 직원서비스 덕분에 정말 좋은시간 보내고 갑니다. 라운지의 스낵타임과 칵테일타임, 조식시간에 나오는 다양한메뉴를 매우만족하며 보냈습니다 단점은 가까운 편의점이 00시까지 밖에 안해서 새벽에 편의점이용이 불가능합니다

11층 객실을 사용했는데... 호텔위치가 대로변에 있어서 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 자기 힘들었습니다. 창문을 안닫은줄 알고 몇번이고 확인하고 그랬습니다. 그렇지만 저렴한 가격에 조식까지 먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다.

일단 입구에 있는 전등이 켜지지 않았음. 전체 전등 핸들링하는 버튼은 먼지가 수북해서 만지기 거북했음. 침구는 얼룩이 있었고.. 서비스는 좋았으나 룸컨디션이 많이 아쉬웠고, 방이 너무 건조함. 전체적인 음식퀄리티도 이전 방문했을때 대비 가격대가 많이 낮아졌음.

Quick, efficient check-in; most welcome especially after a long eastbound flight. Very quiet room. Good breakfast, quick and easy to check out too.
