以前宿泊した時は快適でしたが今回は朝食付きなのに コーヒー無いしラーメン無いしパンがあるだかないんたかかなり荒れてました。場所が良いだけに残念です。

立地は最高！ホテルは値段相応…

8月に3日間宿泊しました。 1人でしたが、ツインルームでした(しか空いてなかった)。 立地は最高です。駅からとても近く夜でも怖くありませんでした。 ホテルは階段(狭い)しかないので、重いスーツケースだときついです。(フロントがまず2階) ただ、フロントのお兄さんがとても親切で優しいので、言えば手伝ってくれると思います。日本語も少し話せます。 部屋は、土足厳禁で床はきれいに掃除されていました。 気になる方はスリッパ持参がいいかもしれません。 布団をめくるとシーツにいくつかシミが… まぁ許容範囲内です。 バスルームはとにかく狭いです！私の部屋は、トイレの奥に洗面台とシャワーがある造りでしたが、トイレの前を通るときは横歩きをしないと通れませんでした。 シャワースペースもすぐ後ろに壁が迫っています。 シャワーは水量と水圧は良かったのですが、温度調節がとにかく難しいです。 出しっぱなしにしていても温度が変わってしまうので、適温で浴びるのは至難の業です… 換気扇の機能はバッチリで、バスルームの床はすぐ乾きました。 部屋の設備について。 コンセントが一方のベッド側に2つだけ(しかも壁際)なので、2人で宿泊の場合は不便かと思います。 3日目の夜は床に虫が何匹か出ました。部屋の掃除をしてもらってなかったからかもしれません(タオル交換だけで、あえて掃除を断っていました)。ハサミムシという小さい虫です。 その他、部屋の間接照明がつかなかったのと、ウォシュレットはコードが外されていました。 写真にはコインランドリーらしきものが写っていますが、実際に洗濯機はありませんでした。洗濯をしたい方はご注意を。 共用エリアにウォーターサーバーがあります。 以上、価格が安いので値段相応といえば値段相応な宿でした。 私は、もう少し高くても次は違うホテルにしようかなと思いましたが、ホテルにこだわりがない場合は、立地含めいいかもしれません。

割り切れば

お盆期間中ということもあって 航空券が高いので宿泊先は安いところ！ と思って今回シングルルームに５泊しました。 値段を考えれば仕方ないし、寝るだけ！って思えば問題はないと思いますが、清潔感が感じられなかったですね。あとシングルルームには冷蔵庫とテレビがありません。 ゲストハウスの方はとても親切な方ばかりでした。

立地とベッドとフロント兄さんは◎

立地、清潔感、ベッドの寝心地、平日対応のフロントお兄さん、隣の隣の地元コンビニのおばちゃまの雰囲気と対応が良かった。 部屋の広さは写真よりだいぶ狭く、風呂トイレはスケスケで狭く音が響くため、ちょっと友達同士でもトイレは躊躇する、風呂トイレのドア(スケスケの)は壊れているのを透明ガムテで補強、朝食のショボさが残念。洗濯機は壊れていたがお兄さんに頼めば屋上の仕事用洗濯機で洗濯してくれる。 歯ブラシ、ブラシ、洗顔持参必須。備え付けはリンスインシャンプー、ボディーソープ、タオルのみ。タオルはフロントにいえば変えてくれる。廊下に浄水器有り。

場所が空港行きのバス停も近く東大門まで歩いて行けるし良い。 フロントの男性がとても優しいです。 バスルームの排水状態が良くなかったのが気になりましたが料金を考えたら充分だと思います。

I unfortunately didn’t get to stay for my full booking because of an emergency back home. The pros of this hotel, which is more like a hostel, is the location is really convenient. It’s located in Dongdaemun History & Culture Park area, between two subways stops and down the street from a police station, within walking distance to the DDP and shopping. This would be a great place for a solo traveller who’s on a budget. The rooms are tiny but clean enough, perfect if you’re not going to spend much time in the room. The cons are that it looks nothing like the pictures posted. You have to pay extra for a room with a view, which I did, but the window was over my head so not great for anyone 5 feet or under. I booked this place because it advertised that you could rent a wifi egg but when I arrived and asked, the young man at the front desk told me they didn’t do that anymore. It was even mentioned in my confirmation email that you could rent wifi eggs, that’s definitely something they need to fix. There’s no stairs so if you’re unable to walk stairs or plan on having some heavy luggage, I don’t recommend. The beds are hard but again, if you’re not planning on spending much time in the room, that’s not an issue. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for. It wasn’t all bad.

フロントがいつもいません

到着時、誰もいないので、呼びまくりました。スタッフルームかなんかにいて、全然聞こえなさそうです。チェックアウト時もいないので、そのまま出ていきました。鍵が番号でロックなので、それも可能です。朝食も自由に、と口コミにありましたが、屋上は常に誰もおず、１日は施錠されており、使えませんでした。壁が薄く、隣の部屋の声が丸聞こえです。が、深夜まで買い物でホテル内に人の気配もなくｗ気になって起きることはありません。シャワールームの狭さにはびっくりですが、水圧が強いので大丈夫でした。ウォシュレットつきなのに、壊れて使えませんでした。冷蔵庫はついている部屋とそうでない部屋があるみたいです。ついていました。廊下にウォーターサーバーがあるのはよかったです。お湯はでませんが。

由於這家旅店是屬於hostel 因此並不提供打掃服務，如果習慣每天需要清理房間的人就不建議。此hostel 也沒電梯是比較不方便，但櫃檯人員會幫忙提行李。房間也很小且隔音效果不好，注重這些的人也不建議。盥洗用具只提供洗髮精和沐浴乳和毛巾，但如果要天天換毛巾的就必須親自跟櫃台人員說你要新毛巾。這家是不提供牙膏牙刷的喔！但唯一的好處是此hostel 離地東大門歷史文化公園站很近，而且價格比起一些飯店算便宜。

壁が薄いのか？

3泊しましたが1日目夜中2時隣の声で起こされ、3日目2時くらい隣の電気をつける音に始まり、声はもちろんシャワーの音、眠れないくらいうるさかった。タイミングが悪かったのか、壁が薄いのか。残念でした。でもスタッフはとても良くて最高でしたし、駅からも近くて広蔵市場も歩いて行けるし便利だっただけに余計残念。

写真で見た部屋の広さとは違い、とても狭くて驚いた！ エアコンの室外機が部屋の中に設置しているので、音がうるさくて、寝れなかった。 定期的に室外機から大きな音がなるのでびっくりして全然落ち着かなかった。 外出する時は、エアコンや電気類は全て切って出かけてくれと言われて、暑い中部屋に戻ると蒸し風呂状態で、気分が悪くなった。しかし、受付のお兄さんは2人共親切でその点だけは高評価です。

また利用と思いました

今回初めて利用しました。 場所は若干わかりづらいのですが、今回対応してくれた従業員さんの対応が素晴らしく、部屋も綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。 日本人女性も多く利用しているようで頷けます。 立地も夜のショッピングを楽しみたい方にもおススメで、歩いて10分くらいなので夜遅くまでショッピングが楽しめます。

18時頃チェックインしたが誰もおらず、呼び出し用の電話を鳴らしてみたものの誰も出ず（出たところで英語も韓国語もままならないのですが…）、困って数分待っていたら従業員のお兄さんが来てくれました。笑顔でとても対応は良かったです。 シングルの部屋は広さは十分、バストイレは思ったよりコンパクトでシャワーを浴びると全部びしょびしょでしたが、特に困りません。朝には乾いてます。 部屋の床がフローリングマットと言うのでしょうか。クッション性のある床材で、自分たちで貼ったのかなーという感じ。羽アリみたいな虫が1匹だけ出ましたが、窓が自分で開閉できるのでどこかから入っちゃったのかもしれませんね。 ドライヤーやタオルもあるし、使ってないけどシャンプーや朝食もついているのでお得だと思います。ゲストハウスのドミトリーとか共用シャワールームに抵抗があったので、この金額でシングル泊まれるなら満足です。 駅からも近いし、夜遅くの東大門の買い物も徒歩で帰れるので安心。一人ご飯も困りませんでした。

Enjoyable stay

預算不高的話可以考慮這間hostel 附近有不少地方可以行 唯一是要行樓梯，不過check out時職員會幫忙拿行李 整體來說不錯，可以再次入住！

コスパ、立地抜群！！

トンデムンでナイトショッピングしやすい好立地。チムジルバンを利用したので、シャワー室の狭さも気になりませんでした。フロント三階、宿泊五階ということで、疲れた足か悲鳴をあげてましたが、フロントのお兄さんが優しく親切で、大きなホテルではやってくれないレベルのサポートをしていただき、とても助かりました。またリピートしたいホテルです！

フロントの青年の対応がとても好感がもてます。お部屋にデレビ・冷蔵庫は有りませんでしたが朝食利用時の屋上の屋根部屋に 共同で使える冷蔵庫が有りました!又屋上には ベンチもあり ビルの合間からはソウルタワーも見ることが出来ます…気候が良ければ 屋上で寛ぐのも良いかと思います。ファッションビル・広蔵市場・中部市場も至近距離で私個人的に立地も言うことなしです。短時間寝るだけの宿には 充分です。この値段でシングルでお部屋が使えるのですから！

For a budget hotel, it is good! They have friendly and helpful staff, who is willing to help you to carry your luggage up and down your room if you request for help. You can put your luggage there before you check in or after you check out. So it's convenient for me to do drop my luggage and do some shopping first before I check in. The room is clean when. Bathroom is clean as well. They do not provide daily housekeeping though, but I'm alright with that as I stay for two days only. The room is small, but for that price, please do not expect a big room. The free breakfast provided is kind of very very simple, so it's better to get your breakfast outside of the hotel. Overall, I like the hotel, and will stay again.

友達の旅行に急遽参加することにしたため、ひとりで初めて泊まることになりました。口コミを見て、立地もよく、スタッフの方が親切とあったので、ここに決めました。本当にゲストハウスのようなあたたかさで、居心地よく過ごせたのは、優しくて気さくなスタッフのおかげです！ お部屋はこじんまりとしてますが、ファッションビルや交番も近いし、路地も入ってすぐなので、女性の一人旅でも安心だと思います。 お世話になったヨンさんに会いに、また訪れたいたいです♪

レイトチェックインでしたが丁寧な対応してくださいました。 場所は交番も近くにあり東大門からも便利な場所でした。 エレベーターはありませんがとてもきれいで快適な時間が過ごせました！ 旅慣れている方にはオススメします。 また泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。
