Our stay at the Novotel was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we received wonderful service and felt very welcome. The room was comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent and of very high quality. The restaurant was also outstanding, with excellent service and absolutely delicious food. A special thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so enjoyable. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We truly appreciated the wonderful hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This hotel was perfectly located for what we planned to do. It is a popular hotel so we got picked form here for our DMZ tour and really close to the famous markets for our food tour. The breakfast was EXCELLENT! We have been travelling and so far this has been the best for choice. I would definitely stay here again.

Having to book for swimming pool in advance and go at a specific time wasn’t ideal, however they have good facilities; would be great to be able to go to the swimming pool area whenever you find the time. We are a family of 4 who spent a week in Seoul, touring the city and its nearby sites. Novotel met all our needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel is closed to a subway and a night market around the corner, so it's very convenient to get from one place to another. Breakfast was buffet-style, serving varying Asian/Western options. The soup noodle was my favorite. Thanks Novotel for making our stay in Seoul so enjoyable, will definitely book with you whenever we are back in Seoul.

My daughter and I loved our stay in the hotel. Staff were so helpful and both our rooms - residence and standard-were beautiful. Excellent location with subway a minutes walk and right at an airport bus stop. Across road from DDP building and good shops nearby. We intend to stay here again when we visit next year!

Enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great and the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were very clean. We stayed in a residence room and were very happy with all the appliances, including laundry, that were included. We also found the beds to be large and very comfortable.
