Here’s a detailed review within approximately 1,500 characters, including spaces and punctuation, while keeping your experience clear and honest. I stayed here for 6 days, and I really loved the location. It was convenient, and the free laundry and coffee were nice perks. However, there were several issues that affected my overall experience. The capsules are quite low, making it difficult for taller guests to get in and out comfortably. Cleanliness was also a major concern. My capsule was dusty, and I found several pieces of plastic inside (like in the corner of the bed). The bedding did not appear to be changed or cleaned daily, which was disappointing. The dust aggravated my asthma and made my stay uncomfortable. The airflow inside the capsule was also weak, making it difficult to rest comfortably. On top of that, the power outlet in my capsule was not working, so charging my phone was a challenge. The washroom and shower area also needed attention because the drain was clogged, leaving the floor wet and creating a potential slipping hazard. I saw a Korean woman trying to contact maintenance, but no immediate action was taken. I eventually used some old towels to wipe the floor myself because I was concerned that someone might slip and get injured. Guests should not have to handle these situations themselves. There were also no paper towels near the sinks. Overall, great location and free perks, but cleanliness, ventilation, and maintenance need serious improvement.
