The bedsheet and the blanket are not clean and the mattress is not comfortable, I cannot sleep well in these few nights I stayed here. The water in the sink flowed very slow. I won’t choose this hotel again.

Only walking distance to the subway station other than that was bad. Male receptionists are patiently to explain and listen to our inquiry and request. For female receptionist is awful and bad attitudes

fine for the price...but don't expect much. i would describe conditions as liveable but there was water damage on the wall from the air conditioner and the bathroom had some sort of mold.

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing for us. Upon arriving, we almost got billed a second time because they couldn’t view that we had already paid, which was only a little disappointing because we couldn’t communicate effectively being they didn’t speak great English. The images online also did not look like the place. After the check-in incident, we got “upgraded” to a better room, however there was mold in the bathroom which did not please us whatsoever. In the bedroom, there were no screens on the windows, which led to bugs being let in when it was open. The final frustrating part about this stay, was that you could be fined for having stains left on the bed sheets, however when we arrived to our room, our bedding had stains in several spots already. We are not picky people, but this place definitely wasn’t satisfactory.

The guesthouse is located nearby a subway station which makes it very convenient for us. It is also located in between Ehwa Univ and Hongik Univ. The room is not as spacious as seen on the pictures, but it is suitable for 2 pax. Room cleaning service was available too. However, guesthouse should provide a space or drying rack to dry the washed clothes. Overall, we had a good 12D11N stay at the guesthouse. Thank you!

*Comfortable beds *Washing machine was useful *20min within most attractions in Seoul, North of the Han River e.g. Dongdaemun, Gyeongbukgung, Myeongdong via Seoul Metro Subway Sinchon Station on Line 2 and changing once or twice *40min to Gangnam via Seoul Metro Subway via Sinchon Station on Line 2 direct *15min to Yongsan/Itaewon area e.g. National Museum of Korea, USO tour office, Korea War Memorial *Cleaning service could have been more thorough, lots of long hairs left behind from previous guests *Hotel should consider disposable slippers

Very convenient and safe neighbourhood, building is right front of a wide street, restaurants open til late, bright and not too crowded. Single room is comfy, has desk, water machine outside the room, breakfast is basic. One to be aware of is the door as it automatically locks when you close it. So always have your keys even if you are just going out for some water. Super close to metro station and shops, definitely staying here next time.

Had a really great stay!
The service was good! My original room had an air-con issue but the counter lady was quick to resolve and shift me to another room! The location is superb! Conveniently located with eateries/supermarkets just 3-5mins walk away, and a few stations from tourist spots. Cleaniness wise can be improved but not a major concern!

Not worth the money
Location is great but the construction nearby, dust, noise, cleanliness of the room and facilities, I won't choose this guesthouse for this pricing. You can literally hear what your neighbors are doing and speaking in the room. Water dispenser is outside the room. Aircon is noisy, water heater needs a long time and not consistent, shower drips when tap is in use. Mildew in toilet, dust in corners of room, bad ventilation, stains on walls and linen. I stayed on because it was prepaid. they will only clean your room if you request after 3 days.. So what's the point? 6 days to request change of sheets.. 20,000 krw deposit.

Abit tough to find the place. Guesthouse without elevator so ok for those with light luggages. When you wash your hands in the basin, the water will flow down to the bottom of the basin and may cause your feet to be wet.

Really close to metro, near airport bus station, walking distance to Hongdae, many restaurants nearby, very convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful, can call them if no one at front desk. But there is no lift in the building i lived...

Convenient location
Location is great as it is close to Sinchon station, 5 min walking, hostel was surrounded by many restaurants in walking distance. Cleanliness was acceptable, room size and bathroom size were fair, just the bathroom was bit smelly. A/C was not cool enough for summer, may be due to the AC seemed malfunctioned. Overall the stay was value for money.

Location is convenient
About 5-8mins walk from Subway Station Exit 8 . Convenient and many eateries nearby Sinchon Station. There's a mart beside the station too, Daiso too ! Very convenient. Airport Bus is just right outside the road too.. pretty convenient . Stayed in the other building , there's lift and all so is good. Room is bigger than expected. There's even a washing machine but didnt use it no time to wash. But no comb provided, so got them from daiso. Hair dryer is provided. But the plug is circled so I couldnt fit my travel adapter inside which is kind of dumb and defeat the purpose of my travel adapter. Had borrowed it from the staff.. wish there are more available plugs. So i only got one adapter and one plug to use. Very inconvenient, daiso dont sell them too.

The guesthouse is located in a convenience location (close to Sinchon sibway station), the room is clean and full of facility with quite cheap price-- comparing to what provided in the room but the room is quite small

better choose Anx. room, that at a new building and have password to entry, seem safe and have a small supermarket near. if just single room or small one, i think you need to move your luggage to upstaires. my Anx. twins room is good, enough to open luggage but dont expect so large area, and have a washing machine to wash clothes it so good, but no area for you dry the clothes, better dont wash so much. And the room no chair and washroom just enough. Anyway this price i think is acceptable.

♡ has a quiet operated washing machine in room (at balcony)! ♡ self-helped breakfast station: enjoyed making our own sunny side or scrambled eggs during breakfast × very small room for 2 single beds. Always bump to edge of beds x bedsheets and duvets are yellowing & were BLOODSTAINED! Yucks!

K-guesthouse in Sinchon
I recently stayed at the K-guesthouse Sinchon. I was staying across the street at another guesthouse and decided to stay in the area after it was time to check out. This guesthouse was slightly more spacious, had less amenities and was more expensive. Before I booked this guesthouse, I asked to view a room. The room I received upon arrival was half the size. I don't know if it would had mattered, but I had already been living in Seoul for a month, had acquired many things, and had booked to spend a week here. I asked if the room I viewed was avaliable but they said they no. I moved to a more spacious room later that day. Upon viewing the bathroom there was black mold. Long story short, they gave me a different room that was similar with no mold. The room was spacious, comfortable and had a washing machine and a balcony which was nice. The staff was also very accommodating and nice. For the amount of money I spent here ($500 usd) I'm not sure if would stay here again.
