The staff was really helpful and kind with the questions I had. The room was nice and they had a separate recycling outside the lobby, where you could sort your trash.

The front desk staff were very pleasant and even allowed me to check in a bit early, which I truly appreciated. However, the place didn’t quite match the listing. The hotel is actually located on the 4th and 5th floors of what appears to be a commercial building. It can also get quite noisy, as you can hear other guests in the hallways, which can be disturbing—especially when people arrive past midnight. Overall, it’s decent for the price.

スタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです。 メッセージ送るとすぐに返信がきます。 部屋は1人で十分な広さでキャリーケースは広げれません。 シャワールームにスリッパもついてて便利でした。 東大門歴史公園駅が最寄りになってますが、2号線と4号線を使うと少し遠いので乙支路4街を使うのをおすすめします！ 空港へのリムジンバスは道路挟んだ目の前なので6001番で17000ウォンで行けます！ 寝るだけやあまりホテルに滞在しないのであればおすすめです！

地理的にはとても良かったです。 買い物先と近かったし、行きたいとこも近くて時間のロスがなく効率よく動けました。 部屋は狭いけど、値段も安かったので文句はありません。 ただ、シーツが古すぎたせいか穴が開いてました。 トイレとシャワー一体型は別に文句はありませんが、トイレの下水の逆流か分かりませんが臭いがきつくて本当に嫌でした。 窓を開けたら少しは良かったけど、臭いが消えることはありませんでした。 部屋は狭い分、非常灯が明るすぎてちょっと寝つきに悪いと思いました。 正直、値段は安くて立地的にも最高でしたが、トイレのことを思うと2度と泊まりたくありません。

第二次入住這裡了！大致上都還ok只不過這次都滿房只剩1間3人房，我還是比較喜歡2人房的隔局！雖然3人房多一張床但相對使用空間小！而且3人房在6樓，電梯只到5樓若有行李會比較不方便！下次入住還是會選4樓的房間、早餐、飲水比較方便！這次入住有個小插曲希望能改進，入住服務時間到晚上11點，我們晚上10點鐘到櫃檯沒有人，電話也不通，也沒有服務鈴之類可以按！後來到10:50服務人員才睡眼惺忪的出現！

房間雖然坪數小但住起來很溫馨，加上服務人員都很nice感到特別的溫暖！雖然他們剛好都不會中文但還是在最快的時間盡所能的解決了我們的問題！地點近地鐵站及機場巴士站非常方便！下次還會入住！ 唯獨馬桶有點不牢固，若加以改善會更完美！

Make sure you double check the address as there is another K-Gueshouse Premium that I first went to. I love this location close to shops and bus stops and near the N Seoul Tower. My single room was excellent for one night! It was quiet with a nice private bathroon that had very hot water. My only complaint was my sheet had a stain on it, but since I was only there for one night I didn't bother changing it. The breakfast was excellent. Toast, eggs, cereal and juice. I would stay here again because the room was very private and quiet.

洗面台で顔を洗ったら、靴下に染み込むぐらい足がぬれてびっくりしました。水はけが悪すぎて、こわくてシャワーは使いませんでした。

水回りや寝具に若干不便がありましたが、受付の方々の対応はとても良く日本語の話せるスタッフさんもいた所はとても良かったです。駅から若干歩きますが目の前に空港バスが止まるホテルもあるのは良かったです。

便座に毛が落ちていたりと不潔な印象。シャワールームはトイレと一体で、狭すぎてどのように使用したらいいかもわからない。 時間内にフロントに人もいなく鍵だけが置いてあり、セキュリティ面も心配になる。ホテルだと思って行ってはいけない。

Low budget hotel for short stay

As my friend and I arrived late (before midnight) and left early (8:30 a.m.), we just looked for a place to take a shower and rest. This guesthouse turned out to be our choice. It locates at just opposite the airport bus stop which is easy to find. The room is clean and the beddings are comfy. Staff replied to our emails and provided assistance prior to our arrival. Late check-in was provided and it was simple and easy. There is a convenient store around which is handy. Besides, it is close to the metro station. We would say it is good value for money.
