상상한것 보다 좋은공간이었습니다. 다만 코로나로 인해 조식에 선택사항이 줄어들은점은 이해해지만 그러기에도 너무 부실한 식사였습니다. 아무래도 오래된 공간이라 시설적인면의 불편함은 감수하였습니다.

체크인때 응대가 너무 성의 없더니만, 대로변쪽 룸으로 배정되었는데 무슨 창문을 열어놓기라도 한 것처럼 소음이 엄청 심해 룸 변경 요청했습니다. 훨씬 조용하더군요... 객실 수도 많던데 애당초 소음 없는데로 배정해줬음 될 일 어니었나 싶었습니다. 근데 문제는 욕실서 매캐한 냄새가 얼마나 나던지...도대체 가스냄새인지 뭔지..건강에 우려가 될 정도였습니다.

방도 따뜻하고 깨끗하고 좋고 아늑하네요 1층 트리가 예쁘게 데코되어있어서 크리스마스 / 연말 분위기가 물씬 느껴집니다. 히터가 켜져있어서 그런건지 모르겠지만 방이 좀 건조 합니다 화장실 문이 오래되서 그런지 끝까지 닫히지 않아서 아쉽습니다 금연인걸로 알고 있는데 복도에서 담배냄새가 많이 나서 좀 놀랐습니다

10 Reasons NOT to Stay There Again

* I stayed in a Duplex Suite Room. 1. Lots of flies and mosquitos in the room. 2. Dust Dust Dust Dust EVERYWHERE from the moment we checked in 3. Parking Lot was small, dirty, and awful to access to any room 4. Everybody can access to your rooms because the card sensor in elevators are not working 5. Broken jacuzzi... NO USE 6. If your rooms are facing the same road you entered on the first floor, it will be very HOT all daytime long. 7. Everything is OLD and old-fashioned. 8. The sofa in the room was broken. No one can sit there. Everybody had to sit on the bed. 9. Very bad and uneconomical furniture arrangement. 10. While it has very BAD environment for hotel staff and guests both, all the staff were really trying their best to be kind. My family felt sorry for them a lot. If you want to pay that much money and stay there, I'll call you a philanthropist. The most scariest thing of all is that all the things I wrote above are TRUE. We definitely messed up our holiday mood this time.

The gorgeous hotel surprises with its exquisite European interior decoration. The friendly staff, clean rooms, spa and other amenities, light breakfast and delicious dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants will make you want to visit this hotel again. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a unique experience.
