This was the perfect spot for a family trip. The living area and kitchen was super helpful to have for us to spread out. The people at the front desk spoke a little English and the ones that didn;t used google translate to communicate with us, making it very easy to communicate. We would definitely stay here again.

Close to public transportation and lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Communication was a bit tough prior to arrival but I did get all the info I needed by the morning of check-in. There's someone at the front desk (albeit a very small one with only 1 person working at a time) and can hold luggage prior to the check-in time. The rooms were clean and it was helpful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is available upon request.

1. It’s like your own home- Laundry, A/C, living area, kitchen everything you need is there 2. Parking elevators- we didn’t use it but they have parking structure on site 3. Friendly staffs- they are very nice and kind 4. Close to every where in Gangnam 5. So many walkable restaurants near by 6. No breakfast but it’s ok because you can find much restaurants close by 7. Cleaning service every day 8. Laundry detergent upon request 9. Utensils are in the drawers that we couldn’t find at the first time 10. Luggage Service, you can also request for keeping service as well

Our stay was overall enjoyable. The pricing for the suite was reasonable. Front desk had proficient English. Our suite came with split AC units as well as radiant floor heating. Quirk is that they only provide 3 keys maximum for four guests and these are also required for all power in the unit. Originally we would leave the card out during the day but the house would be come intolerably hot upon our return home. Shower was a bit leaky too although this ended up not being too much issue as the staff readily serviced our room daily. Overall a decent stay. No major issues.
