아쉬움....

연말 시즌이라 방이 없어 낮은 층으로 들어갔는데...데스크 직원분이 영혼없는 응대를 하셔서...약간 첫인상이 그랬네요...신라스테이정도를 기대한 제 잘못이겠지만. 방에는 누군가의 서클렌즈가 말라서 침대옆 협탁에 있고..약간 낡은 느낌을 지울수없는.....뭔가 아쉬웠던 하룻밤이었습니다.

部屋重視

何年も利用してます。対応が悪かったり支払済にもかかわらず宿泊予約が確認できないといわれたり。。しっかりフロントに伝えたレイトチェクアアウトを忘れられていたり。。。行ったら部屋がないといわれたり。。正直不安定な対応が多く不便が多い時もありますが、とりあえず今回はスムーズで満足でした。 私の場合は仕事で使うために部屋でここを選んでいるので、接客態度については悪くても気にしない事にしています。今回は返事もしないで電話をきられてかなり嫌な思いをしましたが、 まあ、部屋の希望さえしっかり通れば満足なので。。

시내쪽에 위치하여 식사 등이 편리하였으나 침구관리 상태가 조금 깨끗하지 못하였음. 그외에는 대체적으로 만족합니다.

호캉스 이용

오랜만에 호캉스로 방문했는데 잘 쉬다가 갑니당~ 대중교통으로는 위치가 조금 애매하지만 차 있으면 주차도 되고 편해요 ㅎㅎ 룸 컨디션도 괜찮고 서비스도 만족합니다~

駅近ではないけど不便ではない

友人の家に近いので、何度か利用しています。 ホテルは駅から離れてます。 メボン駅まで徒歩だと10～15分歩きました。 夜は静かで過ごしやすいです。周りにはコンビニ、飲食店などたくさんありますので不便さはさほど感じません。4月の宿泊でしたがとても暑い日で、エアコンの効きが悪かったのが唯一不便でした。ですが、清潔感があり、スタッフの方も何か話しかければ丁寧に受け答えはしてくださいますので好きなホテルです！

생수가 한병밖에없고 화장실 욕조에 꼬불털이;; 붙어있고 침구에도 머리카락이 나오며 세면대 배수도 최악이었던.. 모텔만도 못한 호텔이었네요.. 돈 버렸습니다 진짜

うーん。

3.4年ほど年間8〜10回利用しています。 ここ最近はサービスもわるくなり、クリーニングもわざわざ電話をしないと来ないです。 いつもレイトチェックアウトですが、これも伝達が出来ておらず毎回不快な思いをします。仕事上どうしてもここを利用しなくてはならないので。。。 毎回毎回クレームを言うのも疲れるので諦めてます。初期の頃は本当に親切でこんな事はなかったのですがね。

Good service, comfortable stay!

Modern business hotel in Gangnam. Comfortable, delivers the essentials and conceniently located with convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. Breakfast selection is very limited though and staff didn't speak much English. However they are very accommodating and managed to let our group of 4 check-in early at around 11am without additional charge! :). However the air conditioner didn't seem to work, we all tried adjusting the temperature but the rooms never cooled down...

10월 1일 인터넷으로 예매 하고 낮에 남자 직원분 하고 확인 전화 하고 호수까지 지정하고 새벽에 갔는데 여직원 혼자 카운터에 있었는데 예약이 안됐다고 ! 아니라고 전화 확인까지 했다고 알아보라고 30분을 말씨름을 했는데 잘알아보지도 않고 문자 확인까지 시켜주니! 그때서야 다시 알아보고 예약이 되어 있네요! 사과가 아니 서로 대화가 오해 있었다고 사과도 안하고 그렇게 20분동안 이건 그쪽이 잘못한거라고 얘기를 해도 본인 잘못이 아라고 !!! 이름이 뭐냐고 명찰도 없어서 물어봤더니 절대 안가르쳐 주고 정말 화가 나서 다시는 안가고 싶은 습니다. 모텔도 이거보다는 낳은 직원을 쓰겠어요!!

Hotellissa ei ole ravintolaa eikä terassia vaikka niin Hotels.com väittää. Ne valmistuvat ehkä tämän vuoden aikana. En voi suositella muuta, kuin sijaintia. Kauko-Idässä tulee muistaa luottaa vain kansainvälisten ketjujen hotelliin, jos et halua pettyä.

Convenient and nice stay in Yanjae

Staff service was so kind and nice. Subway station s not si close, but Bus stop is near and Taxi can be found in front of the Hotel easily.
